Wow… mesha and meva (sp?) worst customer service ever. No smiles. No acknowledgment of my presence as they left me to wait at the counter for over 2 min. zero greeting. The Starbucks itself is inside a Kroger. It’s approx 4ftx8ft. No way they didn’t see me standing there. Then when she did acknowledge me, it was as though she couldn’t be bothered. I’m ok if people are busy, but they weren’t. And a simple hello goes a long way. These days…service is dead. Perfect example as to why. I’ll be going to the Starbucks across the street from here on out.
