Love the coffee, frappuccino and just about everything else I have tried, not to mention there isn't one single Starbucks employee I have ever had a complaint about. They are all so darn friendly and helpful. Thank you Starbucks. You could make a recipe for manners and pass it around to some other companies in the food industry. They need helpful hints from someone. They sure don't care about public opinion.
I love the customer service at this location. Its a very small personal Starbucks and the best worker they could possibly have Tonja is there. She has treated me with nothing but kindness and quality customer service.
i brought in a bag of starbucks beans that i needed grinding. my coffee maker at home grinds my beans fresh. well I opened it once & i wanted to take the rest to work so i brought it in to get grinded. i was told that once its opened they cant grind it. so the manager Melanie GAVE me a new bag to replace my ONCE opened bag & grinder it for me. we go everyday & that was so sweet of her....so thank you.
