Another visit with no complaints, staff is always friendly and courteous. The coffee hot or cold gets the job done for that morning wake up call you need. The food is simple but delicious. Great location and I enjoy coming here with or without the family.

I’ve never had a bad experience at a Starbucks—until now. One of the employees at this location is consistently rude and passive-aggressive. I’ve interacted with her more than once, and each time she’s made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. Most recently, I asked politely for more oat milk (which I had already been charged for), and instead of helping, she walked away and snapped, “If you wanted a latte, you should’ve asked for a latte.” I was respectful and calm the entire time, and I have no issue paying for what I need—but I do expect basic courtesy in return.

She’s a petite woman with curly hair and glasses, and unfortunately, her attitude stands out in all the wrong ways. Eye rolling, dismissive behavior, and an overall hostile demeanor—this isn’t what I expect from a Starbucks team member. If she’s unhappy working here, maybe it’s time to reconsider whether customer service is the right fit. This is the only Starbucks where I’ve encountered this kind of issue, and it’s disappointing. I hope management addresses this, because it affects the overall experience.

I frequently would go to this Starbucks to order. Though I have been looking for a new job, and saw a listing for an opening on indeed that apparently they weren’t offering, which is super misleading. I had to call several times, to finally be told by a manager who was very curt, that despite the obvious listing they were not hiring. Regardless of the rudeness alone from this manager, I felt it’s very inconsiderate to have a job listing up that’s isn’t obtainable, and then having to reach out several times to find this out. Needless to say, I will likely not be buying from the Starbucks anytime soon
