It's a little neglected. They don't have fountain drinks. There were no wraps. Terrible training for staff to assemble the loaves. Neglected premises. What a shame because I love them!!

The prices have become ridiculously high, and to top it off, they expect tips of 15% or more--even though their entire job is to stand there and make a sandwich and ring you up. That's it. Ridiculous. I can get a whole pizza for what they charge for a single, average-tasting sandwich.

Service is usually good but one of the ladies up there DID NOT take off her gloves to get the cookies! That’s cross contamination! I do not know her name but she is VERY lazy all she had to do was take off her gloves instead she decided to grab the cookies with her gloves. I did not notice it! I will not be going back there until that woman is gone n somebody catches her!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location SUCKS! For the past three months I have tried over and over again because I love subway but today will be my last visit! The food is hardly ever fresh , all employees including managers are RUDE AND NASTY to all customers not just myself! They do not care about their customers here. I received bread today that had to be at least 3 days old for my foot long sandwiches, I called the store no response and when I went back into the store the manager was so rude and tried to say the bread was toasted, when neither of my sandwiches were toasted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, GO TO ARCOLA WHERE THE FOOD IS FRESH AND SERVICE IS GREAT! This location is TRASH!

I placed an order through the app & when I arrived the worker said “he didn’t have it” -_- so I just asked him to make them & it took him 10 minutes to make my 2 sandwiches. Too slow.

Very bad costumer service. There was big man. He was very slow and dirt man. I am vegetarian and I told him change your gloves and don’t use meat knife. He was rude with me and throw out my sandwich in front me. I left my sandwich I did not buy. I hate this subway.

Today I had the best experience at subway that I have ever experienced. Everything about my visit was amazing thanks to Edward. High recommend the subway inside the Walmart on hwy-6! You won't regret it ! Thank you Mr. Edward

These people dont know how to cut bread. It's not that hard. I used to work for a sandwich place and it's literally "smush and slice". Put in a little bit of effort, guys... I dont want to get my sandwich with the wrapper holding the veggies to the outside of the bread.
