This location sucks, my order was wrong tried calling there was no answer I was told because the phone doesn't work. After letting them know items were missing they questioned whether I was telling the truth, I watched management go whisper to the person that was supposed to be correcting my order so whatever they gave me I threw it away. Our order couldn't be fulfilled or accommodated, I'm just wondering if the employees lack how to make executive decisions when out of inventory or management really frowns upon them helping out customers. They tell us they only have 3 dorito shells but our order only has 2?? They're out of nacho fries so we ask if we can substitute it to which they say they can't.
