Tribos Peri Peri

Chicken was cold and not marinated properly. I ordered medium. No taste at all. The white sauce is watery and not enough for whole chicken. Nothing compared to port of peri peri

The chicken and burgers are what put Tribos Peri Peri on the map for me. They're known best for their big chicken dishes. It's a great place for lunch in Saddle Brook.

We stayed for a week in New Jersey, we discovered Peri Peri and we kept going back especially for take out. The food was always newly cooked, they start from scratch, the chicken is grilled and delicious, we didn't mind waiting because the grilled chicken was always worth waiting for. The food was always cooked to perfection, the staff were very accommodating and would take suggestions.

My financial advisor brought me here for lunch today. I’d seen the signs but had no idea what kind of food they served. He told me that it was broiled chicken but I didn’t realize that they cooked the food when you ordered it. We both had a half chicken- it was huge- with a side of the perimayo corn. Both were delicious.

Food was delicious but was slightly expensive. They do not have a nice sitting area and did not have the double door. The sitting area was cold. I will prefer to take out the food next time.

Was there on oct 24th. Even though it was a week day during lunch time we had to wait 50 minutes or more. No idea what was going on. Overall this place is very neat and clean and above all food was very good. We had chicken and beef burgers.
