I have been here numerous times, and last night was the 1st time that I was subjected to such appalling service. Although there were plenty of tables and booths available, we were never offered seating, nor were wethe 3 parties ahead of us. Never saw the host or hostess. After about a 10-minute wait, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

Dinner at 7pm half full restaurant- after 10 mins of waiting took order - 10 mins later appetizer we ordered they are out of ordered another appetizer after another 10 mins they are out of that - 30 mins after ordered placed beer showed up so asked for soup in lieu of appetizer, my wife switched her order to a burger since that would be faster - soup brought out with shredded cheese on top soup not hot enough to melt cheese - wife’s burger brought out - asked where my main dish was, waitress thought all I wanted was soup, since my wife changed her order, asked for check. Burger, bowl of soup and a beer $31 - NEVER going back no wonder this chain is almost non existent

I gave the service a one because the manager was sitting at the bar drinking and fratnizeing with the costumer at bar instead of delegating the kitchen while this was going on my waitress Ashley was was flirting with costumer rubbing on them kissing one of the costumer and while all this is happening I waited an hour for my pork chop dinner this is not how to run a restaurant aubvusely they never watch bar rescue I would fired both of them. I review restaurant all the time on a different occasion at this restaurant my waitress BRANDY WAS EXCEPTIONAL AT HER JOB she made my experience very pleasant an inviting I applied her hard work and because of that I gave her a nice tip and told her I appreciate good service so I give her BRANDY 5 stars 🌟

The wait staff is absolutely horrible. They are often out of common menu items and the wait to be seated in an empty restaurant can be 10-15 mins. I don't see how the place is still open honestly.

I'm a huge fan of Bennigan's I was sad when they all closed down all over Texas and because I have family in El Paso I tend to visit them every summer and Christmas and I was happy when I saw one was open on my way to El Paso, and I have to say I was disappointed with my visit to this restaurant, I had to wait 10/15 minutes for a server to come to us and then waited 30 minutes for our food, and had 2 men sit behind us with a awful odor like they were playing in horse $hit all day, and when I got my order they gave me the wrong food and side that came with it, and hardly any refills, I also notice a couple waiting a hour for their order the only reason why I give this restaurant 2 stars because they were able to give my correct order as a to go box, I'll try again in winter because I believe in and chances but they have to shape up otherwise I'm going to have say good bye but with the service being the way that it is I don't even know if they will last that long.(update April 2025) pervious post was years ago been there recently and the had a better experience then previous would and recommend to go again

Tried to eat here tonight after a long tennis tournament nearby. Walked in at 9:30pm and they close at 11. Two girls up front immediately tell us it’ll be 15 minutes. My husband says okay and I think they expected us to leave. They just looked at each other and wouldn’t make eye contact. My husband said do you need my name or how many and they said no. We sat down in waiting area and looked around. Most of the tables didn’t look happy and didn’t see waiters out on the floor. We left and drove back home to Odessa. Poor customer service and we’ll spend our hard-earned money elsewhere.
Got to say for the first time ever trying this restaurant food was good but service from the beginning sucked. The greeter was nice and courteous but my waitress Jayden with the cross tattoo on her hand just had an attitude from the beginning went to other tables more than ever coming to mine. Refilled my drink once the whole time. Spent 45 minutes waiting for my food. I hope service isn’t like this in my home town

The food isn’t awful. But the service is atrocious. Unfortunately it’s basically the only place open in Monahans on a Sunday evening.

Out in front of the restaurant is Interstate 20. Go to the interstate and beg for a meal, you'll get fed faster. Waitress didn't put the order in, came and told us the kitchen had messed up, then the manager told us it hadn't been put in. I don't appreciate being lied to by people and have no idea why someone thinks that is acceptable.
