I gave the service a one because the manager was sitting at the bar drinking and fratnizeing with the costumer at bar instead of delegating the kitchen while this was going on my waitress Ashley was was flirting with costumer rubbing on them kissing one of the costumer and while all this is happening I waited an hour for my pork chop dinner this is not how to run a restaurant aubvusely they never watch bar rescue I would fired both of them. I'm a huge fan of Bennigan's I was sad when they all closed down all over Texas and because I have family in El Paso I tend to visit them every summer and Christmas and I was happy when I saw one was open on my way to El Paso, and I have to say I was disappointed with my visit to this restaurant, I had to wait 10/15 minutes for a server to come to us and then waited 30 minutes for our food, and had 2 men sit behind us with a awful odor like they were playing in horse...
Food was good, atmosphere good, Service was not good, while I was greeted and seated promptly, the waitress was not attentive and socializing. Time was midafternoon so not really busy. Took 5 min to be acknowledged and get a drink order. Had to stare her down to get her to for food order. , once food arrived never checked on, no beverage refill. Had stare her down again to get her to return for check , no offer if I wanted dessert which I did
