Manager has the worse attitude for no reason we were driving pass monahans from our trip stopped to feed my kids wish I hadn’t she took our order with the ugliest faces she can make! Took 45 mins to get our order no one was in the lobby, then my daughter went back to ask her for ketchup she grabbed about 60 packets and threw them down and walked away! She’s the worse! Will not be stopping here ever again!

Worst bk I’ve ever been too . If u can’t speak Spanish do t even try . I ordered two simple double. Cheese burgers and go double meat with no cheese. Drove 30mins back to get my order fixed and manager smacked her teeth and rolled her eyes . Won’t be coming back

Buger King Monahans you can do BETTER!! Was just in your dining room and the Caucasian young man who was working the drive thru and being yelled at in Spanish by the cook (older hispanic woman) was just doing his job and not there for her to yell at him in Spanish which he didn't understand. Retrain your non-English speaking staff. Burgers matto is have it your way, but the woman employee seemed to want it her way. She messed up our order to boot.

I ordered my food at 5:45 and at 6:15 was still waiting. I asked for my food or a refund and the less didn't even check to see where my order was in the que. Just refunded me and walked off. No dinner before night shift for me
Went in the drive thru, clearly told him a croissant with sausage and egg...NO CHEESE...What does he give me, NO EGG DOUBLE CHEESE ???...Didn't go back because we were south of town already...employees need hearing testing weekly...
