Listen, I travel for work and have been to so many different small towns, and I can honestly tell you it's hard to find good quality food and great customer service in small towns. But this place really did they thing. The food was really fresh, hot and just on point. I had to call them and tell them. Sometimes they need to hear it and not just see the comments and the rating. But they deserve they stars. Congrats guys and thank you so much! I was actually able to enjoy my food without 1 thing being wrong!

The food is usually good. Unfortunately when I went tonight the lobby was closed at around 8:30 pm. I got my order through the drive-thru. Staff was exceptional and friendly. My food was good except for the corn on the cob. It was absolutely flavorless and bland. After I finished my Dr Pepper I removed the lid to munch on some ice and I noticed those black things in the ice. Idk what it is. Maybe from a dirty ice machine or dirty soda machine spouts. My first time being extremely unhappy with the experience here. The staff was very friendly and did an amazing job. The one bright spot tonight.

I live in midland but i work out of monahans and ive been to the midland and odessa Bushs chicken, and the Monahans location is the best Bushs out there. The chicken is always fresh and juicy so shout out to the employees at this location for staying consistnt and management as well!

I wish I can give zero stars. They show on google they close at 10. We show up at 924 and the lady gave us the bird and locked the door. Nobody would come out to talk to me at all. Manager stayed behind the locked door and said go through drive through. Don’t go to this place at all. Customer service is horrible and they disrespect all customers and allow their employees to get away with anything

The tenders are excellent and the flavor of the chicken is very good. There was a long line and the staff was nice and I got my order quickly and everything was fresh, I will definitely return to this place.

Wife just left there 15 piece chicken meal 2 sides , asked for French fries got mashed potatoes asked for jalapeños got jalapeño poppers , chicken wings in the box still have feathers on em , the chicken is soaked in grease very little flavor and over priced , will not ever go back !
