3 months ago I placed an order at a different location via the app and it went to this location. Finally after getting back from another job I was able to come back to this location and explain the situation. Michelle the manager heard me out and provided all the food from the order free of charge. 10/10 customer service here.

A decent location, and it does a LOT of service for the area. As much drive through as a Chik-Fil-A in the DFW Metroplex so it seemed. They are obviously severely understaffed. Suffice it to say, you need to be polite and patient with these workers, they deal with enough of us customers on an obviously daily basis. It may have taken close to 20+ minutes to get my food, but that’s understandable. The food was done well, not overdone nor undercooked! The location is a little messy at times, but thy comes from the dinner rush being so hectic and being understaffed. NOTHING about this place screams “staffs’ fault” but rather a lack of hiring of staff for use during peak hours. When me and mine came through here, there felt like there had been at least a dozen other crews and dozens of families who stopped in, or went through the drive through. My crew had to park across the street at a closed shop, so we weren’t in the way at all.
TL;DR: Staff are nice. Food is GOOD. Place can be messy. Serving of food can be a bit slow. Be patient and kind to the staff. You WILL get your paid-for order. Make sure you are NOT in a Rush when you come here.

Never fails that they mess up somehow. Ask for cheese get no cheese. Don’t order cheese get double cheese. I’d like a regular unsweetened tea it’s gonna be the diabeatus in a cup tea. Try harder pls.
