The service sucks they never get orders right I’ve waited 30 mins for them to find my pick up order and the app literally said it was done and the order was sitting right in front of them employees are always on there phone and they are rude when you get irritated because they are not doing there job worst dominos I’ve ever been too

Customer service needs a big improvement. Hire people to make customers feel like they want to be at work. This workers make customers feel like they bothering them.This is second time I received my order and pizza way over cooked.
The worker working the phone has got to be the RUDEST person!!!!! Guess they don't have a very good interviewing program.....

I travel a lot for work… and this is the worst Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever ever had. They do a horrible job on the crust and they also overcooked it and there’s not enough flavor in the very cardboard-like crust. They need to retrained to be on par with every other dominoes that I’ve been to in this country.
Update: went a second time because there aren’t many options, and they messed up again in an even worse way. Ordered 2 5-topping large pizzas and they marked it as done… I get there and they only had one pizza done sitting out, and while standing there for 15 minutes, watched them suddenly start making my 2nd pizza. Horrendous. Avoid this sub par and disorganized dominos.
