Worst service someone could ever receive, you get to the store and the employees are always playing and talking to each other and just look at you like no one is there, they are not even nice to ask if they can help you or something… owner needs better management…

Should be shut down or immediately inspected by the health department. The condition of this location is deplorable: dirty employees with poor appearance handling food without gloves, no hygiene, and zero professionalism. The floors are disgusting, the bathrooms stink and are full of trash, the tables are left dirty with pizza boxes scattered everywhere, and there is absolutely no customer service. To make matters worse, the employee’s children run around the restaurant as if it were a playground. This place is not only shameful, but also a serious public health risk. A new manager is urgently needed to restore order, or otherwise the best option would be to close it down until it meets basic health standards.

on the app it says 15 minutes, realistically your looking at 45 minutes to a hour , workers will watch 5 people stand and wait and have no sense of urgency. worst pizza hut experience i’ve ever had . id recommend going to dominos over this any day . not to mention when someone calls they watch it ring and get annoyed rather than answering the phone. horrible.
The new employees are soooo slow. I used to never have to wait for my doordash orders. Now every dash order i get at this pizza hut, i have to wait at least 10 minutes, usually longer. One time I had to wait 25 minutes.

I paid an extra $2.25 for caramelized onions on my pizza and didn’t get it. And while waiting for our food we witnessed workers handling pizzas with their bare hands. No gloves. Just grabbing ground beef and sprinkling it on the pizza then spreading it around with bare hands. Gloves should be a requirement when handling food. We won’t be back.

Spent $38 for two medium meat lovers pizzas with no drinks or sides, and when I asked for ranch they said they have to charge nearly $1 per little container. Tables were dirty with torn up table clothes and it wasn’t a great atmosphere. Worker was walking around with an unlit cigarette in their hand, people that weren’t on shift were walking around in the back while having a sneeze attack. Only drinks they did have were Diet Pepsi and Mountain Dew, nothing else was stocked.
