The food quality just isn't what it used to be. I paid $6 for a foot long hotdog that was so salty noone wanted to eat it. Just too many disappointments at sonic these days

Went and ordered a chocolate shake, banana shake, and footlong with cheese ketchup and mustard. Wound up getting a natural strawberry shake, banana shake, and a footlong chili cheese dog add mustard.

This sonic is actually good. Although none of the credit card machines work. The food is always nice and hot, tasty as well. Knocked 2 stars due to not being able to use my card at the kiosk.

They gave me an entirely different order from what I ordered. This happens frequently. The jalapeño poppers are stale and this is the third time I’ve had to send something back for being made wrong here. I used to work here. This wasn’t how we operated. Throwing this away and going to DQ. If you plan on wasting money go to sonic.

This appears to be the lowest rated food establishment in Monahans, quick glance maybe I missed something lower. However a low rating is deserving for this place.
Came into town after a long oilfield day first day in this town. Heading to hotel decide to get a burger at place in front of hotel google says open till midnight. It's only 11pm so I won't be that guy it's closed. Go to burger place all lit up like Vegas ..across the street.it does not have anyone working, either, but 2 door dashers waiting to pick up in the drive through. We all leave, I decide to head to this place. Sonic...everyone loves sonic right?
I wish I had just got gas station food. Pull in hit thr button and wait a very long time for someone to take a order. The whole time non-uniformed people walking in and out the front door. Lots of noise yelling talking laughing etc coming from the inside. It sounds like a worker party going on and customers are really a nuisance to their vibe.
But order is asked for, I ask for a Smasher burger ...Im told those are out of stock, I waited 10 minutes or more to be told that. That you ran out of what meat !!! How fake are your patties, anyway? Place 2nd order for passenger. Can't decide what i want now, i decided no order but, then place a order anyway,
I had 2 dollars for tip...already planned
Place a order for a cheese burger no lettuce extra pickles . Of course it ask when I pay for a tip.... ask to tip and this has already been the experience never mind that ...it offers various tips.. I just round up, my tip of $2 would have been about over 20% but round up 68 cents. As I'm a bit perturbed at the party going on inside anyways.
Of course I belive cant prove --- the cooks etc see tip is not 5 dollars on a 10 dollar meal so the cooks are pissed and made my order wrong .
Because girl comes out...order is wrong burger no cheese no tomato and no extra pickles.... been here nearly 30 minutes and she asks if I want it remade ...really I want my money back. I wanted it made right the 1st time, i mean no tomato that had to have been done on purpose we saw the order screen, tomato was not cut the word tomato was never spoken, so i Just take my burger I don't even want, never got a straw for my drink either buddies order comes, we leave.
This is a place that's lucky to be in west Texas where oil money flows to keep it alive otherwise it would be should be allowed to flounder and really go out of business either the owner of the franchise does not care or the managers they hired does not care to manage this place. Maybe both maybe low wages so employees do not care or just more poor, worthless zoomer employees. I'm not sure but hands down the worst sonic I have ever experienced and a black eye on the sonic brand.
Your warned if this is the only option in town just go get a old brown shrivieled hot dog from the Quick Trip rolling rack down the street. You will be better served.
This is honestly sadly the lowest anything I have ever gave a place.

I hate to leave three stars for the service but and maybe this is just my own under misunderstanding or something that they charge $0.20 for a small cup of water I don't think that's fair to be honest as to why they're charging for the cup I mean I can kind of understand it on the business perspective however as a customer we should be able to get free cups of water

Ordered 2 sonic blasts and the top had all the toppings and the rest of the cup was just plain vanilla ice cream…

Placed order on app for quick service, but I was wrong for thinking that! I went to the door & told them that I had been waiting 12 minutes since I checked in & the young man said they're running behind it'll be 2 more minutes. I waited for 30 minutes after I checked in on the app! My food was wrong & the onion rings were cold! I had 4 onion rings for a size medium!! I didn't even get straws or a spoon & my reeses cups blast barely had any reeses cups in it! No one ever answered when I pushed the red button to ask about my order! Horrible Service!! This is the WORST sonic I've been too! I won't be back!!
