The lady was not only rude but also racist! Me and my family are mexican and i was transalting the orders and the smaller lady was treating us super rudley giving us dirty looks and left mid order the other lady had to step in. She was actually nice tho but just go to the other subway.

The lady was super rude. We asked for a pizza and she said they did not offer that, but went to the back and brought a couple cold pizzas and told rhe other lady working there she would not do it for us. Not sure what her problem was but it was awful.

Just go somewhere else. Waited around as a couple of lady’s walked past the counter into the back without acknowledging me. Decided to be patient and understanding and wait a few more minutes hoping they’re busy in the back and they would come out soon.
After a few minutes I went up to the main counter of the convenience store where there was an attendant that had seen me waiting for a while without reaction. I asked her, “is there anyone working the subway counter?” And she just shouted, “subway!!” To the back, I could see into the back two ladies just talking and laughing for a couple more minutes as I kept waiting. I ended up leaving and going to the subway at a bid chain truck stop next exit, someone took care of me right away with a smile.
This is one of the many reasons smaller gas stations are slowly disappearing, they just have no sense of customer service. As a customer it leaves me with no choice but to prioritize consistency.

I recently visited Subway, and I must say, Shane made my experience truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm, friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm. It was clear that he genuinely cares about the customers he serves. Shane took the time to carefully listen to my order, ensuring every detail was perfect. He even offered helpful suggestions to enhance my sandwich, which turned out fantastic! His positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to help made all the difference. Shane’s excellent customer service and care made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be returning to Subway because of him. Subway is lucky to have someone like Shane on their team!

black lady working night shift is very rude. this already happened twice. she kept on saying “is that it” after adding one ingredient. than start saying rude comments under her breath.

Hubby and I are in town this week for his work, and there’s not many food options here so we’ve been to this subway twice now (and for the last time). The first time we tried going (last night 7/14), we walked in at 9:20 pm and the employee said she closed early and already cleaned up everything so we couldn’t get anything. This morning (7/15) hubby went to get breakfast and the employee was sighing and acting like he was a major inconvenience to her, asking one-word questions like “bread?” “cheese?” with an attitude. She left his bread in the toaster for about 5 minutes while hanging out in the back, so his bread was hard but he was in a hurry so there wasn’t time to remake it. The employee’s attitude was awful and we won’t be back. There are two other subways in town, which will get our business instead.

I made an online order and with my order I paid an extra 1.99 for two sandwiches to get smashed avocado but did not receive any on both sandwiches. Also when my husband went in to get the order, one of the employees was rude about it.
