I went through the drive through this lunch time and ordered a baconator and fries and frosty in the drinks, and we drove up the pay, the dude at the window, messed up one of our frosties by making saying we, it's got 2 chocolate frosties when we were only supposed to get 1 chocolate frosty again, 1 the Carmel frosty and we had to correct him and then after We paid. He almost throws one of the frosties out the window. And then when he finally parked do eat, we realized that the dude forgot to put one of our burgers in the bag so I had to go back inside and get my burger and then when I got back to the vehicle, I open the burger and it's all that day. Still got the order wrong? And they added catch up to it when I requested no ketchup and they forgot lettuce.When they're supposed to be lettuce

Why even promo things you don't have? 3x in a row I've went and you don't have the advertised frostys. You don't even answer the phone when called to find out if you have them. I'm driving over 30 minutes just to try them. This will be the last time.

It took more than 10 minutes for a one cheeseburger not even a full size one. They knew I was waiting but they just looked at me and talked and talked. They know most of us here work in the oilfield and are in a hurry always. Consideration is warrantied.

I was in this location yesterday 09/15/24 at about 3:30pm. The young man at the counter took my order then stated "I'm not charging you for the drink, they don't pay me enough to care."
Then he asked if I wanted some fries also no cost, I refused the fries. He continued to complain about the JOB. I thought he wouldn't stop going on about how bad it was there.
His coworker laughed at him and I got my food and left.
The burger was very good. The atmosphere not so.
