This Popeyes just went to optional kiosk ordering. It's a good feature but did notice some elderly folks walk in and didn't know how to order them left. Staff needs to be assistive .
Joseph looked to be the only one making front-end orders. I must say he was doing a great job helping people with one of the kiosks that wasn't working. They figured it out together he was so helpful. We were just passing through to go to NOLA and stopped for dinner. We dined in, and they seemed super busy in the drive-through.
I forgot to make my meal spicy instead of mild on DoorDash. I called the place letting them know! They were super kind and had no problem changing the meal to spicy! I love love love this! A place that cares not only about the money but the customer!
