We love to come here for family celebrations. We arrived to celebrate our twins birthday @ 2:20 and they said our lunch order had to be entered for lunch prices by 2:30. We read 3pm on the website, but they said Hibachi cut off was 2:30 and would not take our order then (before 2:30) as it was “too close to the cut off.” Will likely not return.

The food and drinks were great s usual but we had the worst waitress ever, Beth. Not sure what was wrong with her but she had a grumpy attitude and I mean a bad attitude. Made our whole party feel very uneasy.

I came here today for lunch and got to my table around 245 no one came to my table until 305 which caused me to miss out on the lunch menu options. I told the old white lady waitress that I was here since 245 and she said “ I got other tables to wait on” with an attitude.( there was literally 3 people inside) The sushi was basic and ofc horrible service per usual. Don’t waste your time at this place

I thought I could receive better service but when I arrived they did not allow me to enter because my 4 year old son arrived with a box of pizza from the place next door and I explained to them that he could only eat another food, so they denied me entry to me and my companions. I explained to them that we adults were going to consume it but that they would not accept it arriving with another meal. How sad for such a beautiful place that there is no customer service, especially when it is towards a child.
I didn’t even go there but the girl who got my call was EXTREMELY RUDE. Not going or ordering from them very soon - don’t support this type of customer service. Do better.
