I went a few days ago and the kids were very nice and the place seemed very clean. My smoothie was also good and just how I thought it would taste. The place has gotten much better from when it first opened

Service- should not take 20 minutes to make a snowcone!!! With 3 workers!!! Train your people!!!

People in the drive through should not take priority over people in your store who have paid and were there first!

Food- syrup should not be 1/3 of the cup and 1/4 of it was empty from the top due to syrup melting the ice. So not only did we wait for 20 minutes but I tossed mine after one spoon full of just syrup?

Atmosphere- no one was in the place at still took 20 minutes.

It's a shame you pay 6 dollars or more for a cup of ice! Pay for a sonic cone they will not just either refund you or substitute but if you bring it up they say oh we are out if they are out. It should be automatically refunded or substituted! Ordered 3 items and only 1 was the way it should have been extremely disappointed with the service and the cones!

I’m only giving 1 star because of their tip policy…was told by employees (several) that if you put a tip on the machine that the employees do not get. It is mostly teenagers working there and whoever decided this should be ashamed of themselves those kids are working and deserve the tips us patrons want to give them…I know it’s true because we paid by card and started to choose on of the top options and the employees told us not to because they don’t get the tip SHAME ON YOU

They lost a party pack order we’d placed for our 4 year olds birthday. She was heartbroken. They gave us a refund but we won’t be returning. The employees we placed the order with seemed to have no idea what they were doing and I had a feeling the order would get lost. Trusting teenagers to run a store all day seems like a poor business choice.

We were so excited for a Bahama Bucks to come into our area. We visited for the first time yesterday afternoon about 5:30. Three teenagers were working and they were fine. The problem is that they were blasting filthy offensive music. My 11 year old daughter and I had to leave because of repeated usage of the “F” word, “P” word and other offensive phrases. I wish that this could be a family friendly place and not a place that I have to shield my kid’s ears from the foul and offensive language. We will just opt for Chiller Bee as we have countless times before. This is not our place.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, unless you’re fine with foul language and misogynistic lyrics being blasted in the store.

Snow cones are good, but this there have been three separate occasions where they have either closed early or not been open. It’s very inconsistent on their hours. I put in a request to update their hours since they are inconsistent.

This is my second time “coming” here. Drove 20 mins to get some snow cones from Bahama Bucks, but once we arrived, no one was there to help us. We waited 10 minutes in the drive through waiting for a response. Finally decided to drive to the front instead and go inside. When we got to the doors, we saw employees inside sitting down with the lights off. No sign of them being closed, besides the lights being off. Either way, it wouldn’t make sense since they close 8/9pm when it was only 7pm. To make matters worse, we saw an employee come outside to the back to handle the trash while we were in the drive-thru, but failed to mention to us that they were closed.It would’ve been helpful if we knew they wouldn’t be serving before we drove 20 mins. Overall, the experience was absolutely terrible. Be aware!! They might not be open!! Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else. Such an awful reflection on the Bahama Bucks company.

Every time I come to this location, staff is incredibly rude to me, once I even asked for the owner and she was even ruder, just completely disrespectful. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had at a Bahama Buck's.
