5 stars for the customer services we had at this location! Ordered three shaved ice for teens and ordered a smoothie for the first time for myself. I asked questions, and the young ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful. For their age, they were very helpful. We even accidentally made a mess at the end of the countertop, trying to take the top of the shaved ice off into another cup. One employee offered to help, as I was cleaning up, and she took over and took care...

I went a few days ago and the kids were very nice and the place seemed very clean. My smoothie was also good and just how I thought it would taste. The place has gotten much better from when it first opened

I was in here today around 3pm with my son. There were a group of kids all appeared to be around age 13 or less. There was no adult pre sent. They were loud but that’s to be expected. What I didn’t expect was to have them chase each other in circles around the restaurant and to jump over the little half wall to get into their booths. Multiple times. No one seemed to care.
