Google and their website say open until 10pm. We are from out of town and trying to find a place for dinner. After several minutes of being ignored the bartender finally walked over to tell us that the kitchen closes at 7:30. Bartender didn't care and didn't offer any help. My kids are hungry and we are obviously unfamiliar with the area.

Lots of fun and a great burger! Stopped by after fishing with friends, owner was a hoot giving me a little bit of a hard time but in good fun. Burger was great but has mayonnaise and mustard both, which was good for me. Small place but good food

Okay, okay, okay! Listen up Conroe! đ This place is so chill and the food is good! đŻ I've hadn't had the pleasure to dine in, but each time I've order/pick-up...my food was hot and ready to eat. The staff is friendly and atmosphere is very nice. I just work so much that all I can do is move and go! And this place is one of a few that I can always experience great food, service w/I any complaints! I mean honestly, where can you go in your neighborhood and find a hiding spot like this...đ Keep up the great service!

Today was my first time ever to set foot in the place.. took me a while to actually go in because I am shy about new places.. I asked to order the 20 oz steak, the lady bartender said they were out which was no big deal.. I said I will just have a glass of wine and handed her my card.. she asked if I had cash, I didnât.. she gave me a nasty look and tapped the sign on the wall like I should have known to bring cash.. I repeated myself and said this is my first time here.. she was soooooo rude and nasty looks to last for days.. I will never step foot in the place again and will not ever recommend.. it should be named Big Nasty instead of Big Bertha

Big Berthaâs Bar & Grill did not disappoint for my first visit there. Brisket was nice and marbled. The ribs were so tasty and juicy. I also tried their sweet corn and fried okra. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Their patrons were also helpful in recommending their favorite eats. On a side note..I had ordered the 2 meat plate. The brisket was a little cold upon arrival but when asked how my food was I informed the owner and he made it right immediately. Will definitely visit this establishment again.
