Montgomery Burger Fresh

Phenomenal burger and really fresh buns! Great place to stop and grab lunch, highly recommend at reasonable prices. This is way better than any of the chains in the area.

Never been to this place, but took a chance. Great little local burger joint. If you are shorter than a corndog, your kids get free ice cream. Ha. (It was a giant corn dog painted on the wall). We got three 1/3 burgers, traditional toppings, and a large tator tot we shared - it was so big we had leftover tots. The atmosphere was quaint, the staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our meal.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but those burgers are good! Had the Texas monthly special and was not disappointed! Friendly staff too. 10/10 would eat here again.

Hands down the best burger I have ever had in my life. I had the Jr. Double Meat cheeseburger on the sourdough bun and it was phenomenal. Holy crap were my taste buds blown away, no wonder they were voted best burger with TX Monthly, I can see why. If youre out in Montgomery you have to come here, youre missing off if you dont.

The food and service is phenomenal, and a great meal after church, or anytime you want a fresh, well-cooked meal! I also purchase a sleeve of the jalapeno sour dough buns to use at the house!

Very helpful. We called 15 minutes before close and they made our food.

Too pricey, burger on the greasy side. Sourdough bread was good. Sweet potato fries looked like there cooked in old oil.

Ambiance: Local old-timey burger spot with a western, small town vibe serving up a variety of burgers and side dishes. This is a great lunch spot or stop in for a quick bite with a friend or a few family members. The interior space is on the smaller side so I wouldn't recommend dining here with large groups. Super fast cooking, we waited maybe 5 minutes for our burgers. Quick & friendly service.

Loved the Mac & cheese bites! I enjoyed the Avocado bacon ranch burger - the Jalapeño sourdough bun is A MUST! (Even if you're like me and spicy isn't your thing - it's so good!) I enjoyed the tater tots (super crunchy!), my husband found the fries to be average.

Overall, a really good burger and nostalgia-inducing spot. I love how they showcase/support so many local businesses on their tables and walls. A bit on the pricey side... but their food hit the spot. Parking onsite and minutes away from shops/bars in historic Montgomery.
