First time I ordered from this location, it was a new place. I figured the single piece of lettuce half the size of the burger was a training error that time would fix. The second time, the man at the window tried to pass off Coka as Barq's instead of just telling me they were out. The third, I got the wrong burger entirely.
I have been to this location again until today. My app glitched and I failed to notice on opening it again that it was not sending me through either Conroe location. Instead of five minutes to food, it was 30. But that's my mistake.
What isn't, is when I got there, I was asked to waited another ten minutes. To get cold food. If it had been ready, as the ice cold fries and burger tell me they were, why was I waiting at all? If I was going to be asked to wait, after having already given them extra time by my mistake, why was the food cold?
At least the young lady at the window was polite and corrected the drink problem without issue this time.
But do yourselves a favor. Go into Conroe.

Don't order online 20 minutes before closing, they close their kitchen down. Thankfully they still served me this time and I didn't have to get refunded. Please put a time limit according to closing.

The last two times I’ve ordered here was awful first one I didn’t get half my food and the manager told me I had 3 days to come back to get it when I told her I couldn’t go back that same night and then this time they were out of chicken nuggets, so we got 4 chicken fries and our order went from 13 dollars to 23… and then they still didn’t even give the chicken fries we had to go back inside to get them. Just don’t waste your time

I asked the staff yesterday to make sure to make my food fresh and they did just that, with a nice attitude.
The employee didn’t hand me my order properly. He tossed it onto the table, then threw the sauces into the bag. But he missed, so 2 of them fell out. I had to put them in myself, and he didn’t even say a word 🙂↔️💭

Ordered 2 cheese burgers 🍔 with no pickels. Just picked them up and they were both swimming in ketchup & mustard. Completely as messy as can be. Over powered the cheese burgers Completely.

Got a shroom n swiss patty melt and the size of it looked like a Jr burger, and the sweet tea was sour as hell. Almost threw up bc of how sour it was.
