Well...the last 3 times in the drive through there has been something completely wrong or missing from our order.. That speedy system is not working for yall.. This is the absolute worst Chic-Fila ever.. Even the food is going down hill.. After 3 times I have to go to the reviews .. no stars if I could leave it .. is the number 1 the kids sandwich now ?? This place sux !!!

Places a VERY large order last minute for a business event and they pulled it off plus more!! They provided us with the proper amount of plates and silverware even if it meant buying it from another store. Very appreciative of this staff

So.......I hate to go 3/5 on CFA. It's common knowledge that if you go to CFA you are going to wait in line that's just how it is! This location is by far the slowest I've ever encountered and ALWAYS check your order before you leave. I sat in the #2 lane today for 10 min. before snapping at the young lady taking orders (sorry btw) #1 lane had already move 7 cars.... asking if anyone was going to take MY order! Service line needs to move faster and more efficiently. Still love CFA and glad to have them in Montgomery!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Came in just a little bit before closing time. Literally let us order at the register. Nobody said anything they let us sit down. And right when I started eating the extremely young, rude arrogant manager Came up and literally kicked us out of the place. Never in my life have been treated like this at any restaurant before. Absolutely absurd

They apparently forgot to lock the door and instead of telling us they let us order and sit down and get halfway through our food before whoever was sweeping came up to us and told us, quite rudely, that we had to leave because he had to finish things up.
Honestly just not a good experience and based on other recent reviews, I will not be coming back to this location.

This goes for any and all chick-fil-a‘s. What is the purpose of the mobile app for ordering? I wish there was an option to have them make the food when you actually order, so it’s actually ready when we pull up. Half the time they don’t even realize anyone’s parked out here for pick up. So you have to walk inside anyways, to pick up your curbside food, after waiting 10-20 minutes. 0% convenient. START THE FOOD WHEN ITS ORDERED! NOT WHEN WE GET HERE!

I really love the service at Chick-fil-A. It’s honestly the only fast-food place I’ll go to willingly. But dang, both of my last two visits, my order’s been messed up. Missing items, which is frustrating because I’m not picky; if they gave me the wrong food, I’d just eat it.

The first time it happened, they made it right and gave me both full meals that got messed up. Oddly, I loved this. It's called the service recovery paradox. This time, though, they only offered the missing items. The problem is I live 20 minutes away...I’m not driving all the way back for two hashbrowns and a couple of chicken filets. Just enough missing to ruin two meals, but not enough to justify the drive. Really disappointing.

Still, 2 stars because the people I talked to while I was there were so kind and polite. As always.

One of the best Chick Fil A locations, stands out as being just a step above. Staff is always attentive and helpful. Always enjoy visiting here. Operator should be very proud of how well this store runs and their treatment of customers.
