Chick-fil-A 105 & Lonestar Pkwy

They don’t make the diet lemonade the right way. They put less sweet and low. Must be a personal preference.

I really love the service at Chick-fil-A. It’s honestly the only fast-food place I’ll go to willingly. But dang, both of my last two visits, my order’s been messed up. Missing items, which is frustrating because I’m not picky; if they gave me the wrong food, I’d just eat it.

The first time it happened, they made it right and gave me both full meals that got messed up. Oddly, I loved this. It's called the service recovery paradox. This time, though, they only offered the missing items. The problem is I live 20 minutes away...I’m not driving all the way back for two hashbrowns and a couple of chicken filets. Just enough missing to ruin two meals, but not enough to justify the drive. Really disappointing.

Still, 2 stars because the people I talked to while I was there were so kind and polite. As always.

One of the best Chick Fil A locations, stands out as being just a step above. Staff is always attentive and helpful. Always enjoy visiting here. Operator should be very proud of how well this store runs and their treatment of customers.

Every. Single. God. Dang. Time you forget something in my order. I am friggen sick of this stuff. Can you all get something right?

Food hot fresh and served with a smile. They forgot the sauces but we ran in and got them quickly.

The entire staff is always kind to my son and I whenever we come in for a meal. Katelynn and her team especially went out of their way to ensure our comfort today and we greatly appreciate it. Thank you for the over the top kindness hard to find in employees these days. The stores franchise operator should be proud

I’m giving this review a 1 because the poor people taking orders outside had no fans on and completely red in the face. I’m also missing half my order, and everytime I call, I get a message stating this voicemail isn’t set up. So I cannot even get to a live person to let them know my order is missing items. I love 20 mins away, it’s not worth my time to drive all the way back.

I run through the drive through at the Montgomery, TX location and they CONSISTENTLY give me the wrong order, the order is missing condiments, or not a complete order. I run through these restaurants over and over in various areas of town and this location which is super convenient to me gets it wrong a LOT. The young people are polite and nice but sheesh - get it right. And it is doesn't have to be busy for this to happen. 🙄
