This is the worst chipotle they skimp on their food so bad I’ve never seen it worse at any other chipotle I asked for a little more chicken and I don’t think I even saw any chicken fall off the scoop into the bowl like come on

I eat chipotle every day and this is the stingiest place with their portions of all in the area (tomball comes in second). Had to get triple chicken in order to get one full scoop.

Ordered online. Paid extra for Guacamole on one of our bowls and ordered a LG side of chips and Guacamole. The Guacamole was old and brown. Side note, everything else was good and I usually love chipotle's Guac but it was uneditable.

The make line was dirty, and gross looking. All the meats were dried out , and did not look fresh. The whole set up was messy . I didn't even place and order.

Every single time coming here they consistently serve extremely small portions compared to every other chipotle.
Ordered a burrito, quesadilla and bowl for pick up. The burrito was supposed to have extra chicken, literally had none. The chicken quesadilla had almost zero cheese and chicken and the brisket bowl had 4 bits of brisket.
They have to make a conscious effort to short people because it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME, not just once.
I second everyone else’s one star reviews for this location. Won’t go here again

I have never seen smaller meat servings in my life the lady put half a scoop for a full meat portion. Thought it was a one time thing but this is the third time I came here and they do the same thing! I ask for a little more and they go “well that will be double for the charge” What a joke, don’t go to this location!!

Before the recent price increase, I already avoided going due to the high cost. Now that the price went from nuts to totally nuts, I will never go.
Went for my first time to eat at a Chipotle restaurant and wound up in the ER with food poisoning.
I contacted the restaurant and they said hold on as she talked to her manager and said I need to get your name and phone number and said they would look into it.
My husband didn’t eat the same thing he ate the different chicken but his stomach was bothering him as well.

$22 later and I got what I would only consider a sample of what I ordered. Very disappointed. Don’t even try getting a refund or any justification for what they did wrong. Would you pay $22 and be happy with the following (check photo provided)?

Really poor management.
Came here hoping to get good food. I came 2 months ago and they were out of grilled vegetables by 7:30. Today it’s 8:40 and they don’t close until 10. They’re out of rice. The prep team needs training. Highly disappointing. I get they can’t predict everything but at the same time they are running a business. Just save your money and go to Conroe or Free Birds is always prepared up until closing.

Bunch of lazy workers in the afternoon, refused to serve quesadillas even when people in front of us ordered them. Told us the place an order online when we were right there at the counter ordering our bowls. Had to waste our time, and go through the drive through. Would think the manager would have more control, but it really says their authority goes no where past their mouth.

This location hasn't been the same since Cody left. He was a good manager & made me & my family laugh. Now it's just filled with highschoolers playing around. I would go every sunday morning & got confused when I suddenly stopped seeing cody. I asked a employee & turns out he quit because he was tired of doing all the work in the store.
Update:
The store has regained some of it's previous glory. Caleb the new manager is great and is very helpful. Me and my family came in right at opening time and he greeted us and hopped on the grill to help the food get out quicker. He definitely deserves a eaise or promotion. You can tell he cares about the store unlike the others. Will update soon

I went to this location again this previous Sunday. And let me say Caleb was doing such a fantastic job! He was on the grill and doing the line and online order. All at once!! The food tasted great and Caleb made me and my family feel welcome. Unlike the other managers

I forgot to update my review. I once again returned to this location. The newer grill guy. I believe named bernando is a very good grill. He definitely makes the best carnitas in the store!!! Also, there's a new manager named evelyn, I believe. She does a good job at managing the crew!!!!

I believe we got food poisoning from this location. We thought something tasted off about the food it seemed very bland but we didn’t think to much about it….. I tried to call the store but I could not find a way to call them directly.
