I live in the area. This Dominos is the cleanest location I have ever seen. The food is always fresh and delicious. The orders have been executed flawlessly every time.

The pizza was great. The lady who ran the cash register was a little grumpy. She grabbed my credit card out of my hand when I didn’t leave it on the terminal until it beeped loudly. It beeped before I moved the card, but I guess that was a quiet beep.

I honestly don’t know how this establishment has 4 stars. The orders are constantly incorrect and the pizza is subpar at best! Dave your money and order from another location!!

Avoid ordering from here on Friday nights as the staff isn't equipped to handle peak times. Took about three times as long as the estimated time on the app and wasn't ready even when the app said it was. Did not get offered compensation, only excuses for the delays. Many other customers were also experiencing these same issues and waiting at the store.

So disappointed, again.
Nobody here wants Dominos anymore. From this location, anyways.
On tv, the pizzas are super cheesy. Not ever the case when you get it home. Once I ordered extra cheese and they didn't even put that on.
The person who took my order was the main reason for the low rating. Could've cared less about just being a little kind.

Ordered lunch and because I was on my lunch break I was in a hurry. I have ordered from there before and they were very prompt, fast and nice but today was not the case. I waited for someone to open the window to get my order. Nobody was there so I waited for a couple more minutes and I took my foot off the break debating if I should just walk inside and as soon as I did that I heard the bell ring again inside so I decided to wait a few more moments. A very angry lady opened the window, gave me a very mean look and said in a very angry tone that she was trying to get the pizzas out of the oven.. her tone and demeanor took me by surprise, I told her I was there to pick up my order, she angrily got it and told me to have a great day. I understand people have bad days, are unhappy, stressed or whatever but taking it out on a customer won’t solve the problem. Anyway, I hope she’ll have better days come her way and a much better attitude.

Ordered online and picked up from drive thru window. They were extremely fast, and this was the best domino's I have had in a long time. First time using this location and normally I order from pizza hut or anywhere besides domino's, but wow it was surprisingly great. Will definitely order from here again.

Tonight 02/27/25 I placed an order for a Philly pizza, half with no steak or peppers. My pizza arrived and had no steak or peppers on the whole thing, leaving me with a half meatless pizza. Mistakes happen, but we really need more protein than that. I call and wait through the UNBEARABLE and rage inducing robot voice messages to get to speak to a person, who then hangs up on me mid-sentence. Back to the robot. I wait, and finally get to speak to the rude female manager so many other reviewers have spoken of. It was truly the most foul customer service experience I have ever had. She immediately accused me of “ordering wrong” despite me having proof of my order on my website confirmation. The ticket that arrived with the pizza was wrong, so I can understand the issue is with the website, but that doesn’t make my request for a refund less valid. What I ordered, I did not receive. Listen, I get it, I know how people can be. I told her “I don’t want to argue, I just need a refund for what’s incorrect” and she continued to harass me about how it was MY FAULT not theirs, not even dominos, that their website messed up. I’m not even blaming her or the employees. But I want the money for my pizza back, because it wasn’t correct and I shouldn’t have to pay for Dominos mistakes. It was so bewildering - you’re a manager, why are you foaming at the mouth to screw over a customer? I’ve never been accused and harassed by someone who so clearly knew exactly what happened and still just wanted to argue and make me go away. Attached is photo proof of what I ordered. Genuinely so bizarre and the worst service I’ve ever received.
