I was weary to try a new coffee shop. They not only exceeded my expectations, but they also went beyond the 2nd mile to make sure I was satisfied and happy. That was not just on one occurrence but every single time that I purchase a coffee! They always implement the same demeanor. I will continue to purchase and be a consumer of Dutch Brothers as long as those phenomenal employees are there.

As much as I would love to support a locally owned business I can no longer go here. The employees are rude and they have not gotten any of my drinks right the last 3 times I have gone. I keep going back hoping for the best and I am just left disappointed every time. If I ask the employee if that is right because the color is off or the size is wrong they look at me with disgust as to why I am even asking. I once got a cold brew and when it came out clearly looked like a latte and when I nicely asked if it was right the girl at the window grabbed the cold brew and swished it in my face saying yes see this is cold brew, still went back and the last time I went which was yesterday I asked for a black tea and a green tea and when they came out they were both clearly green tea and had way way to much syrup in them, when I noticed they were both green tea I said is that black tea and she looked at me like I was crazy so I just took them and drove off, but unfortunately will not be back.

I’ll show little mercy because a $6 luxury drink from a store that specializes in - ONE THING - should damn near be perfect.
A blended drink. The texture and consistency of a blended drink should be that of a shake or smoothie. Not soupy. Not liquid like a regular coffee. Not cold liquid like an iced coffee. Blended. Ice. THICK.
If there are 10 cars in front of me and the drink is made when I am 9 cars away, then it’s left on the counter to melt before it’s handed to me, then it’s no longer the drink I ordered.
If the consistency of the blended ice is too thin, to where it can’t hold up for 5 minutes, to the temperature outside, then it’s over-blended or not proper calculated by the company itself and trained down to the staff... regardless, if it’s blended and soupy when it’s handed to me, it’s no longer the drink I ordered.

If there was a 6th star, I’d give it just for Kenzie and Arden! These two are the ultimate bro-istas — part caffeine chemists, part hype squad, and 100% pure sunshine in human form.
The Golden Eagle? A masterpiece. The Caramelizer? Life-changing. And that Pumpkin Cold Foam? It’s basically autumn giving you a hug while whispering “you deserve nice things.” 🍂✨
But let’s be honest — as amazing as the drinks are, Arden and Kenzie are the real showstoppers. Their energy is unmatched, their smiles could power the espresso machine, and their customer service is smoother than the cold foam itself.
Dutch Bros Montgomery — you’ve officially ruined all other coffee stops for us. We’ll be back… probably tomorrow. Maybe twice. ☕️💛
Gave food three stars cause I don’t get anything other than a coffee, with everything else this place is great!! I like it better than Willis location, that one is ok but Montgomery is the one!!!!

Everything was awesome! The drink i got was a caramalizer. More bang for your buck and it tastes 100% better than mcdonalds and Starbucks coffee. They aren't stingy. So when you order whipped cream on top, they will fill it to the brim without taking out any coffee. Only thing I would say could be changed is a delivery availability. Some of people have disabilities or are stay at home parents who share a vehicle.

I always love Dutch Bros. I typically visit the Willis location, but I went to the Montgomery location most recently. The drink was good. The service wasn't quite as friendly as I've had at the Willis location. Over all still a great place to get an iced coffee. I ordered the seasonal pumpkin one I already forgot the name. Also if anyone is new to Dutch Bros... its not an establishment you typically sit down to drink your drink. The locations I've seen have a to go walk up window or a drive thru as your options of beverage retrieval.
