My wife and I came here tonight. We were having an amazing time. The staff was super friendly, the wine was amazing and the food was incredible. In the middle of our awesome experience in walks a group of 12 people. This was a ghost tour that invaded our evening, with the leader on a MICROPHONE abruptly interrupting our evening. Absolutely absurd. Nothing left say. Not sure how you allow someone to interrupt your patrons with a microphone. Destroyed our evening and set off my wife. Completely unacceptable.

Really enjoyed this place. I was surprised being that is in a small town but they sure stand out. I love their Rose and the best of France selection. I will definitely be back soon.

The wife and I had a great time here. Tommy was our server, and he was awesome. We also met Steve, one of the owners, and he came by to introduce himself. We also talked to KP, the chef. Great wine and great food. Overall an great experience.

H Wines is more than just a wine bar – it's an experience. From the moment I stepped inside, you are welcomed by Phillippe and transported to a charming and intimate space that was a bank back in the day. The exposed brick walls, warm lighting, and comfortable seating created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day.H Wines boasts an impressive variety of both local Texan and French wines. If you're feeling indecisive, don't worry! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about wine, and they're more than happy to help you find the perfect bottle to suit your taste.Speaking of the staff, let's talk about Philippe. He is, without a doubt, one of the most welcoming and genuine people I've ever met. His enthusiasm for wine is infectious, and he took the time to chat with me about my preferences and recommend some amazing wines that I wouldn't have discovered otherwise. His friendly demeanor and expert guidance truly made my experience at H Wines unforgettable. If you're looking for a place to savor delicious wines, experience exceptional service, and enjoy a truly unique atmosphere, look no further than H Wines. And if you're lucky enough to be served by Philippe, you're in for a real treat! I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone who appreciates good wine and good company.

Only 4 stars because brunch is expensive!!!! $50 a person which was brunch and 2 mimosas. Place and people were nice, but not sure if I'd go again due to pricing. Brunch offerings could also be spruced up with more choices.

I was helping my son with a history project and when the owner saw us taking pictures of the historic markers he came out and asked if we would like a tour and to know more of the history. The owner and staff made us all feel welcome and like we were family even knowing we were not customers he took time out of his day to help my kids. Im not much of a wine man, but that food smelt amazing and any man/business owner willing to take time out to help kids out definitely earned my respect and my business. I will return to enjoy more conversations and expand my wine taste.

A little bit of Europe in Montgomery. The lovely people who own it just embrace you like family. Fantastic wine too.

This place is exceptional! The owner Steve is so personable and an all around great gentleman. He made us feel like family. Shared awesome stories about the history of the bank and talked about life back in France. Also knows so much about wine. He’s been in the wine business since he was a kid. Jackie was working the wine bar and is also wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Superb service. Cant wait to go back. 10 stars!
