This home cooking restaurant is relatively new in Montgomery, TX. And it is my GoTo diner. Everything there is delicious, but this is my absolute favorite served with perfectly crisp bacon. They'll even serve half portions upon request! My husband likes the hugely portioned chicken & waffles. And they have a discount program for frequent customers. Free parking, family friendly. Come see for yourself!
Food was good, got a waffle and eggs and bacon, all delicious. People were friendly and it's a pleasant place to have a meal. Bathroom was nice and it was clean. I plan to eat here again in the future.
I give 4.5 stars for the food in the context that this place is really like a Waffle House. Service was fair and prices were fair, in context of not being high-end breakfast dining. I would eat here again. My eggs Benedict was good, the eggs were poached perfectly, but the sauce was broken. It still tasted good with a bit of a grainy texture from the sauce. I think they serve the malted waffles, like in the hotels, but I happen to love those, so it was fine with me.
