What a complete waste of a lake front property! They don't even do outdoor seating, yet they're right in front of the lake! They may as well have put the building up somewhere else, so another restaurant that wants to actually use the lake view can do outdoor seating. This is extremely ignorant and tells me a lot about IHOP corporate. They're very inconsiderate.

Well besides smelling like bad musky body odor throughout the facility, considering how incredibly dead the place was, it should have been up-to-par clean instead of servers standing around chatting.

When we showed up there was only one other car in the parking lot. It was my mother fiance daughter (who's only one mind you) and myself. We got seated very quickly by a very nice lady who took our drink order brought them to us AND took our order BEFORE our actual waiter showed up to ask us what we wanted to drink. Our food wasn't even good it was all over cooked and tasteless. Our personal service was sooooo terrible. Now I know why there is hardly ever any cars there. First and LAST time we will ever be going back to this location.

It was just my husband and I. We were seated in an area with about 20 kids being loud. No joke they were in a cargo van type vehicle. They service was slow. Not going back.

The service was very poor the food was good but it took over half of my omelette to finally get the hot syrup for my French toast.
Horrible service from management when I went with my wife and daughter it took 15 mins just to get menus and there were only two other tables in the IHOP on 105 I'm Montgomery. The manager rudely said they only had one cook In The kitchen and there was a lady ahead of us she said she waited about 20 minutes before we got there and the manager told her that she had no idea if her order was going to come out soon or not with an attitude by far the worst ihop I have ever seen or been at I would never go there again

Absolutely terrible. Server left and went to store then left again to smoke a cigarette. Our food was burnt and had hair cooked into it. They asked me to wait for a other 15 minutes after we were ready to leave because there was no manager in the store, they would be there soon. Never going there again. 0 stars.

Took my step son and the family here for a birthday breakfast and the food was far from delicious. Everything made my pregnant dove feel nauseous. Never.. I mean never will I come here again. Was kind enough to tip.
