Despite its favorable location, the Jack-in-the-Box restaurant consistently delays orders for even the smallest orders, such as a jalapeño order and a junior bacon cheeseburger, by more than ten minutes. While I appreciate the restaurant’s ambiance, its operational shortcomings are evident. Notably, other Jack-in-the-Box locations consistently provide the ranch sauce that accompanies the jalapeños, but this particular location consistently fails to do so. While I acknowledge that this is a fast-food restaurant and such delays are not uncommon, they highlight the broader issues that plague the restaurant industry.

Sitting here currently and the staff specially Michael needs to not work with the public. Ordered Dr. Pepper, paid For Dr Pepper and while the sweet girl at the window was refilling the Dr Pepper he told me we couldn’t have Dr Pepper and what else did I want. When I said nothing, he said okay then pull around and handed me my food. I asked him if I could just wait there as she was almost done. He said we have a timer. I give zero shits about his timer. So I pulled around and waited a good ten minutes for one Dr Pepper that I’m not sure Michael didn’t spit in! When I asked for the managers name they said they couldn’t tell me. I tried calling the Jack in the box satisfaction line and realized I didn’t even have my receipt to use that because MICHAEL was so adamant I pull around right then so his timer wouldn’t go off. He needs to not work with the public. I will be calling management tomorrow.

How can a store give out wrong orders every other time? This location is close and the only reason I go. Check your food before you leave the window, or they will act like everything is always fine and you are wrong. Horrible location.

My husband has been wanting to go here because they have outdoor seatings by the water. The staff was really nice with answering my questions about the mosquitoes. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and the food was as expected. Oh! They have ginger ale!

Took my help out for lunch. Walked in and was greeted with a smile. We both ordered the Sourdough Jack with seasoned curly fries. The order was up in approximately 5 minutes. We both enjoyed our food and will definitely return.

I did a mobile order the entire order was not very pleasing I didn’t want to go back to them and get another order my burger was a slop in the box and fries stell and cold I ordered 2 cokes got 1 coke and a Dr Pepper I haven’t been here in 6 months and it wasn’t a good return

Drive-thru order of ultimate bacon burger jalapenos and a chocolate shake. I must say Wendy's baconator is a far better Burger. The stuffed jalapenos were out of this world to die for! I have never tasted better anywhere. I've had better shakes but the service at the drive-thru was fast and courteous.
