Nothing wrong with this store or location or personnel. But today I couldn’t get to the checkout screen on the phone Ap and there was no error message indicating I did anything wrong. Tried deleting and reinstalling but still Nothing. I had rewards points for a free ultimate cheeseburger I was unable to use because of this. Therefore decided to go elsewhere for dinner.
Had a lovely conversation and fantastic service at this location. Ive always loved Jack in the box so I'm happy that this place didn't disappoint by Jack standards. Shout out to the drive thru person Cipher for helping me with my order.
My husband has been wanting to go here because they have outdoor seatings by the water. The staff was really nice with answering my questions about the mosquitoes. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and the food was as expected. Oh! They have ginger ale!
