This is a great place! Bright and welcoming. Very clean! The servers are friendly and helpful. Ella has taken great care of me several times when I have been in.
I love their creations but my favorite is Cookie Butter with vanilla ice cream and Cookie Butter Crumbles! It’s excellent!

Got a BOGO coupon from the mail and decided to try. I used the BOGO to get two large cups. While we're there, I also bought a Small Ice cup to show our support. When we got home, I found out that they only gave us a measly $3 discount (not a BOGO). I actually paid for the three items full price (~$16 + 4.00+ tip) thinking that one of the large cups was free because of the BOGO. Wow. What a way to leave an impression to a first-time customer.

I really want to like this location as 242 is much further away. But you are told no sprinkles on cones, when all the ads have awesome cones with sprinkles. We got a come and it was completely lopsided and it fell after 1 lick. With a little sprinkle on the top. Not covered like ad photos suggest. Cups are messy and dripping. It's all just so sloppy and the quality going over the counter is embarrassing.More quality training is clearly needed.I do want to say and probably the only reason it'll have 3 star, the employees are friendly!
Exceptional service and tasty treats! The young girl working the counter was amazing. She was really patient with us as it was our first visit to Jeremiah's. She offered us several samples and came to our table after we received our treats and checked to see if everything was good. We love the misic too! A great experience!

LOVE THIS PLACE!! So many flavors that I am addicted to trying a new combination each visit. Also seeing their young vibrant crew is a pleasure to bounce off ideas of what their favorite flavors are. Nathan gave me a bomb combo for coffee lovers...Peanutty, Café Latte, Swirl Ice Cream and Cookie Butter Crumble ?
