I ordered some sandwiches from doordash and the driver stole 50 dollars worth of our food, just kept it and said she was unable to deliver it..(but never brought it back to the store) I know because we drove up there to pick it up, and the young black man with small braids (I didn't get his name, I'm assuming it's hero) helped us without a second thought, totally stepped up and made thing right.....doordash though, I'll never use them again.

As for the food, It's a franchise like any other Jersey Mike's. But whoever is the hiring manager deserves a reward for picking the most inviting yet productive staff I've ever seen in a fast food place. The atmosphere it's perfect for eating lunch in a time crunch at a quiet place.

There was a young gentleman worker with locks he was extremely rude after paying for the food not wanting to give us our food he seemed to have a nasty attitude towards the other workers too. This just made my experience horrible due to him

The staff pay no attention to details. My sub was all wrong and when specifically asked for toasted, the staff failed to read. Firehouse subs would never.

Gift cards don't work at this location and my philly cheese steak was pretty burnt kinda gross. The one on 1097 is alot better.

The sandwiches are delicious because the brand has it well controlled. But it was very regrettable to see the boys using the same gloves to collect money, prepare sandwiches, etc… very unpleasant. And one of the boys cooking with dreadlocks and without the protective net on his head. Very very bad…
The sub was good no issues there. There was not a single clean table to sit at. The place is dirty and needs a good cleaning. There seems to be a lack of management and there is no order or coordination when it comes to making your sandwich. Took forever to get my sub.

Given wrong bread, I pointed it out and response was "I can change it if you need me to".... um that's not what I ordered?!? Get home, other sandwich ordered missing a protein. Look, if you don't want to work here, please do us a favor and quit. Otherwise, make the order ad ordered.
