Little Caesars

They gave my order to wrong dasher. Canceled my order, didn’t offer to remake my order have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I spent my last to order pizza for my kids 🥹

When I arrived I saw a long line of customers waiting 30 minutes for their order and one of the workers gave an attitude to a customer and was mad at his coworker when he just asked for help. There was only 1 worker for the front counter and drive thru and the guy that gave an attitude went to help front counter but his customer service was trash, he didn't say hello or anything to the customer. Also my pizza was burnt and I had to wait 30 minutes too. The attitude guy had blonde hair and went to my school.

July 12, 2025 at 10pm sharp we visited to get a few pepperoni pizzas for our tired kids.
Klent was working and gave my husband and 8 yr old son attitude when ordering. He walked off as my husband was ordering and rolled his eyes with a loud sigh for no reason. His attitude was astounding! We always visit this location and usually have a pleasant result. However, this guy was acting like nasty towards other customers as well. PLEASE do some reviewing on this guy. He needs an attitude check. He's working in the service industry, customers shouldn't have to endure attitude while trying to just get something to eat.

Ordered Italian cheese bread with toppings pepperoni beef and jalapeno butter and sprinkles perfect I wish I could order it with my mobile app but I can't and when I call in they don't know what to do so I have to drive there but it's worth the wait

Cody was definitely super nice. Got our food very quickly and has great customer service skills. Definitely be coming back to get a pizza !!!

just a Little Caesars nothing crazy, but the cashier was nice enough to buy me a Lamborghini and a Ferrari for absolutely no reason at all. absolutely amazing experience will come again

This use to be my favorite place to go, but 6 months ago my son got hurt on the way to pick up our less then $15 order and I had to take him to the hospital and never went and got the pizza, so I reached out to Little Ceasers FB and was told I would receive a refund. 6 months later and when I ask about the refund the last 3 times no response. I even gave them the option to let me pick a time and day I can go and pick up the same order, but I guess they need the less then $15 more then me. Wasted my time asking for proof and I send it with no ending solution!

When it comes to pizza perfection, this pepperoni pie delivers on every front. The **crust** is a flawless balance—golden brown, slightly crisp on the edges, yet wonderfully airy and tender inside. It offers just enough chew to make each bite satisfying without overpowering the toppings.

Every time I come here they never have cheese pizza available and always have to wait. Ridiculous

I can't say that this pizza was the worst that I've ever eaten because I found it too nasty to eat, although I tried it. Cold soggy dough soaked in grease. I didn't put it in the garbage because I didn't want to make a raccoon sick. The service was slow, rude, unhelpful, and insulting, with the manager shouting out the drive through window at me to clean my car. This is one of those places where you wish that reviews could be posted with negative stars.

Ordered from uber eats, they gave my order without confirming that the delivery driver marked as picked up (probably canceled the delivery on his side and kept it), so I never got the food, and went through some trouble to get it resolved

Called in an order for pickup, they said your pizza will be ready at 5:21 I said great.
Pulled into the drive through at 5:17 I’m early but there is a vehicle ahead ahead of me so I thought this will work out perfect.
At 5:30 I call them and ask why they let people just pull up and order and sit.
I’m already almost 10 minutes past the pick up times they gave me at this point so I let them know I would be going to another pizza place and gladly wait for the pizza.
