12/20/25 12:30: staff overrun. Waited in drive through 20 minutes and another 40 min inside (no joke). They said they couldn’t take my order until it was ready because “it affects their score.” Well isn’t that the point? Hope management sees this. There is a problem and the staff are circumventing the system that lets them know. Basically, online orders are being prioritized while walk ins are completely ignored due to this system. They won’t even answer questions. The female was nice but the male with the ponytail is NOT friendly.

The last 2 times a got a pizza, they cut it terribly. I love little ceasers but they cut my pizza bad, huge slices and tiny Itty bitty pieces...

This location is a total mess. Pick up window useless. Their Pizza Portal has been broken for months maybe years and is never fixed so pick-up customers must wait several minutes in line behind customers making orders. There is no organization to the chaos & only one person at the counter to address customers. Places an unfair burden on the cashier and the customers. It’s an actual circus. Not to mention this visit after finally getting our order, we had to cut our pizzas at home. Management clearly needs to do better, asap

I wanted to go to the place we usually get pizza, but I have to wait 15 mins 4 them 2 make it. Needed the hot n ready. Guy told me it’d be 5 mins. Waited >15. Back and feet were hurting from standing all day. No seats. No public bathroom. Should have just gone to the usual place. Gave up and went where I usually go instead.

The lady my mother and I ordered from had a bad attitude.my mom asked for change in 10s she did I don’t have none so my mom said 5s are fine she said I don’t have any so my mom asked her if there were any in the back she said I can only keep so much in my drawer I work retail you can make change for your ones but she handed my mom 20$ in 1s while a group was to the side talking not making pizzas or any thing when asked if they only keep pepperoni on the menu she rudely said yeah and gave no napkins so I went to the car with my mom and she asked me to go back in because of how rude I won’t be going back now I see why the stay empty

Hot N Ready is the goofiest slogan when half the time it's cold and dry. This place has no care to recognize when a pizza has been sitting in the warmer for an hour. I just got a pizza and this thing looked like it was made to be a joke. I had some mini slices, completely off-centered and the top half of the crust was folded over while it was cold and dry

The pizza places out here are bad but damn this is wild.

Ordered at 645 came in at 810 for my order that was supposed to be done at 8:15 to 8:20. 3 people came in ordered and left before I got my food at 8:30. If people order online those orders that are placed before should be done first

They gave my order to wrong dasher. Canceled my order, didn’t offer to remake my order have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I spent my last to order pizza for my kids 🥹

When I arrived I saw a long line of customers waiting 30 minutes for their order and one of the workers gave an attitude to a customer and was mad at his coworker when he just asked for help. There was only 1 worker for the front counter and drive thru and the guy that gave an attitude went to help front counter but his customer service was trash, he didn't say hello or anything to the customer. Also my pizza was burnt and I had to wait 30 minutes too. The attitude guy had blonde hair and went to my school.

July 12, 2025 at 10pm sharp we visited to get a few pepperoni pizzas for our tired kids.
Klent was working and gave my husband and 8 yr old son attitude when ordering. He walked off as my husband was ordering and rolled his eyes with a loud sigh for no reason. His attitude was astounding! We always visit this location and usually have a pleasant result. However, this guy was acting like nasty towards other customers as well. PLEASE do some reviewing on this guy. He needs an attitude check. He's working in the service industry, customers shouldn't have to endure attitude while trying to just get something to eat.

Ordered Italian cheese bread with toppings pepperoni beef and jalapeno butter and sprinkles perfect I wish I could order it with my mobile app but I can't and when I call in they don't know what to do so I have to drive there but it's worth the wait

just a Little Caesars nothing crazy, but the cashier was nice enough to buy me a Lamborghini and a Ferrari for absolutely no reason at all. absolutely amazing experience will come again
