Surprisingly they actually had pizza that was both “hot” and “ready” when we arrived at around 10:30 at night. Most of the chains will make you wait for pizza even in the middle of the day.
Overall it was typical of their other chains in food quality. Nothing special, nothing horrible. Fair for the price.

I'm a regular at this particular Little Caesars. I'd have given them a four or five star rating up until recently. For several years I've had no problem just walking in, getting my pepperoni pizza and walking out the door within 5 minutes. But I've had problems with them the last couple of times. My wife brought home a cheese pizza that was extremely overcooked, might even say burnt. The last time I walked in the lobby I had to wait 32 minutes to get a barely...

The bad: My pizzas are never ready even when I ordered ahead and give them lots of time.
The employees always seem rushed and chaotic.
Tonight I chose drive through and of course my pizzas weren't ready. I was told to pull around front since there was a car behind me. I pulled up front expecting an employee to bring the pizzas out. I waited for a while then went in and my pizzas...
