Little Tokyo Restaurant

UPDATE for 2024: I still stand by everything I wrote before as this is still my favorite Japanese restaurant in the area: The best in the area in my opinion. When I want outstanding Japanese food, this is where I go to if they're open. (Closed on weekends). The price is much less expensive than other places in Montgomery County. But besides that, the food is absolutely superb and this place is worth the drive.

We just moved to the area and have been on the hunt for great Asian food with no luck so far...until we found Little Tokyo!! The couple that runs the place were so sweet & friendly and the food was INCREDIBLE!! We had gyoza, yaki udon and chicken katsu and everything was delicious!! This is the best Asian food we've found anywhere in the area and we can't wait to come back and try more next time!! Do yourself a favor and try this place out! It's a hidden gem for sure!

I've been going here since I was a kid. The sushi is as fantastic as it always was, getting better every time I order it. The staff is so friendly they make you feel like family without effort. They should double their prices! These people are the best!

Absolutely love this place. Love that it’s a small family owned business. The food is always great. Their lunch specials are phenomenal and very well priced.

You will not find a finer, authentic sushi restaurant in Montgomery county, and few equals down in Houston. There is a real master chef at work here. The chirashi I ordered even came out with real wasabi (or at least an indistinguishable facsimile). The only negative is they don't presently serve alcohol, so no sake. Strongest recommendation.
