Jose, the owner, treats you like family!! The oysters here are off the charts huge fresh juicy and flavorful. He serves them with huge pieces of fresh lime. ridiculously good. I've made it a goal to eventually try all of his great dishes on the menu.
This place has never been crowded every time I've visited. They have great seafood and the ceviche is terrific! The manager, Juan, is a hard worker and aims to please. Not only does he sometimes wear the hat of host and waiter but he does a lot of the cooking as well! Very reasonable prices across the menu. Great location between Walden area and Montgomery, right next door to the magnolia diner (which has gone downhill over time in a lot of areas)

Omg. ...the food was great! We live in the area, and have for years...we have avoided this place, because it appears to just be a bar type place...we reluctantly stopped by, and my wife actually said " I'll wait in the car, you go check it out...So, I did...I came back out, and said...it looks ok...let's give it a try! First you have to try the French fries...
