Don’t even know what to say it’s so bad . The food was a miss order. The manager came out and said sorry about the confusion and I’m like well, There’s no confusion we ordered what we ordered, It didn’t come out. It was completely wrong. I had to stop eating Because I couldn’t get a drink to wash down my food. Service was horrible.. my wife got nauseated from the food and had to go out to the vehicle to lay down and I tried to get the check to pay and couldn’t even get the server over to me to let me pay up so I could take her home. Horrible but I don’t think they care. The couple next to us had their meal comped because things were so bad having no clue what they went through.

We came and left here. Several reasons. When walking in, the young Caucasian lady hostess did not Crack a smile, greet us, or make us feel welcome in any form or fashion. You would have thought I was serving her and not the other way around. Next, several people were waiting to be seated when there were clean unoccupied tables all around. Please do better. My husband spoke highly of the food and service here but he visited on the weekday. Today, this was not the experience. So we left and went to sombrero down the road, where I was greeted with a smiling face and great music and atmosphere as well. Bye lupe tortilla.

It took over 2 hours to get seated to getting the bill. Me my wife and 4 year old. Food was mediocre. My son had a hair in his food and I got comped for the one meal. I dealt with the manager. I wouldn't trust that guy to run a burger king. Absolutely not worth the risk.

Our party of 8 were quickly seated and given the best service. Our waiter was the best. The food and drinks were wonderful. I highly recommend Lupe Tortillas.

We just tried to go in here on a Monday night and hardly no one was in the parking lot, we walked in and was told it was a 15-20 wait. Many tables were free but this just seems unacceptable.

Great food. Met the manager and a lovely English server. We live in the UK and were visiting and we had a lovely conversation about home. I believe she was from Lancashire. Awesome Fajitas!

The place says Tex-Mex but personally it tastes very authentic or maybe southwestern. Smoky salsa, cilantro lime rice, the beans and chicken were okay. Overall not awful but I personally prefer something different. Service was great, restaurant is cool with nice decor

Food was so good. Go during lunch on a weekday and the food and service will be amazing. I got the chicken wrap on the lunch menu and my husband got the steak burrito both were very good!

Best fish tacos ever! But everything else was out of this world. Rice was on point, frijoles as well! Queso was delicious… Non alcoholic strawberry daiquiri also really good. I complains at all. My waitress Amanda was really nice too, thank you :) Recommend the place 100%.

I was not planning to post a review here but after seeing the recent comments it appears that there is something wrong at the location as this is not a good representation of Lupe Tortillas. We usually go to the one off 45 and Airtex and the location in the woodlands and there is complete consistency between the two but the one in Montgomery where we picked up the order because it is near my parents. Customer service was pretty good on pickup but having to ask about the order and noticing things that seemed to be a bit light for two orders for 4-6 people getting 14 tortillas was a bit ridiculous, the chicken was overcooked the beans were not at all the ones we get at the other two locations, the beef was really good, too bad we didn't have tortillas to eat it with. Below is the pic of everything we received for 300.00. We also had the three bags of chips. The things that were expensive (meat) could have been cut back by say 4 pieces each (it adds up across orders) and the things that are cheaper like tortillas, rice and beans can be what they should be at least equivalent in the amount you receive at the restaurant since the amount was about the same as dine in where the portions, at least at the other locations we frequent, are. This is a great location and there is definitely a market as this area continues to expand but you need a good tried and true manager to duplicate what you have at the other two locations otherwise you hurt the brand.
