Tried to call ahead for a large party like it says online, then they said “we don’t actually do that”. So we go and were told 30-40 min for a party of 9. Took an hour and a half before we decided to just leave. Every time we asked about the wait, we were literally told “I don’t know”. What an experience for a moco police officers birthday dinner.

We were looking forward to trying the new location, but they didn’t have enough people at lunch time on a Thursday. They didn't allow outdoor seating and only had service in the bar area. The hostess was unable to provide alternative options and no one answered the phone either. Hopefully they will hire more wait staff

This place is horrible! Our server was more worried about his hair than his job ! So let’s start with the wait time 35 mins for a fricken quesadillas! 4 other people came in and were served we were still waiting . Finally something was said to him ! We were about to leave and told him ! Wow the food came out ! Cold horrible! Very sick afterwards ! Will not be back at all ! Nolan I believe was the server ! He needs to go to another job ! Serving isn’t your place

Came here for my birthday lunch and we waited 20 minutes for a table for 7 and 2 friends joined us last minute. They then said since it changed to 9 we had to wait 20 more minutes. She would only sit us in certain sections when most of the resultant was wide open. She said she couldn't push tables together or sit us in the open sections bc they were closed off. The hostess then proceeded to sit multiple other tables. She was rude & unprofessional it was very uncomfortable.

Dined in with family and had a great meal! The only drawback is that it takes a long time to get your order.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter has Celiac disease and she was able to eat here without problem after she spoke to the waiter and he verified what foods didn't contain gluten.

I love this place and it's food the wait time is kinda iffy and some of the waitstaff aren't the best but they always try to make up for mistakes

The food was delicious. They had puffy tacos, which we usually only get in San Antonio they were pretty close to being what we are used to. Large plates,hot sauce was good, not very spicy, though it was flavorful.

Stopped for an early lunch and place was hardly occupied but waited 10 minutes to be seated and another 15 minutes before a server got off their phone to come to our table. We placed our order and waited another 15 minutes without either our drinks or food so we got up and left. Definitely not going back.

I recently visited Lupe Tortilla, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. From the start, the service was not good at all. When I asked the bartender for drink recommendations, all they could tell me was which options had the most alcohol – not exactly what I was looking for. We tried making conversation, but it felt like they just didn’t want to engage. As for the food, I had the mahi mahi fish taco, which was actually delicious and honestly the only saving grace of the visit. My boyfriend’s plate, on the other hand, was just mediocre. All in all, while the food had its highlights, the disappointing service overshadowed our experience.

I took my mom for breakfast. I got slamon omlet and it was NOT good at all. It was just 9.00 am and empty. They forgot to bring us any salsa and chips.
