Marble Slab Creamery

Our favorite dessert place, with a pretzel joint connected. I don't think one could ask for more! It can get busy but the line moves quickly and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of options and add ons, don't forget the cookies. They are always soft, moist and amazing.

Love this place. I placed a mobile order last night. In the comments I asked for extra toppings inside the ice cream and they did ! That's why marble slab should sell in stores. I would love to invest in a factory with Marble Slab to be able to distribute to Grocery Stores throughout ALL of Texas.

We often stop by for a small cup of ice cream and then eat it sitting by the lake.

Ok so there is nothing wrong with bubble gum Ice cream and gummy bears! Mix and match! Go crazy!! You crave it, they make it! Enjoy!

Much appreciation to Valerie who helped me and my family Sunday night. She was very patient and friendly with helping us with our long order.

We arrived as a group of four and stood waiting to order. Instead, the staff began taking orders from a group of five who arrived after us, and two of us were completely overlooked while that group moved ahead to checkout. When I brought it up, the woman behind the counter questioned me and made me repeat myself rather than simply acknowledging the mistake. She stayed defensive, insisting that only one person serves each group, but ironically, four different staff members helped us individually. Rather than making excuses, a simple apology and some accountability would’ve gone a long way. Another staff member I think saw the mistake after and did give us a couple cookies that we did not need, appreciate the thought so added a star for that. The process is flawed and seeing the average of CS reviews hopefully someone rewrites the process and finds a more efficient solution.

Ella was our server and she was incredible! She made both mine and my wife’s ice cream and it was perfect! Then she helped us select two delicious cookies. Finally she made us fresh pretzel bites!! It’s close to closing time and for her to offer and make us fresh ones was absolutely amazing. It was so refreshing to have such a kind server. Always a smile and made our ice cream date that much better because of her service. Thank you marble slab and Ella!

Reliable experience every time. A little pricey but it's worth it. Kind staff (Jenna is always so sweet!) and quality ice cream in my opinion.
