When we moved to Woodforest 2 years ago this was the best McDonald. The food was great, the staff and management were amazing! NOW it’s the worse after the new owners took over. The coke machine was broken, the ice cream machine is always broken, the food is undercooked or overcooked and you have to be careful when you get sauce packs. I always get a bad sauce. Today I received a bad picante sauce and put it on my overcooked Egg McMuffin, and ruined the sandwich. The employees need training and management couldn’t care less. The owner needs to do an overhaul on this place!

I tried to order the $5 sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal this morning but the crew trainer, assistant manager and manager told me I had to order it on the app to get that price. The sign outside and the ads on tv do not say you have to use the app. One or two of them told me there’s not a button on their computer for that deal. Very frustrating.

Boycotting all McDonald's, especially this one. Update!!! It's been ten months since we have patronized any McDonald's!!! We're healthier and still supporting DEI!! What? You guys are offering lower prices? Why, did all you customers quit coming?

There is an older white man carrying a gun on his belt that frequents this location. He brings his daughter to play at the Playhouse. Daughter is sweet but her dad lurks and does not respect other kids and adults boundaries. We have left the location the two times we have visited because he was invasive and pushy.

This McDonald’s is the best location I’ve ever visited. The staff are always friendly and nice and the place well maintained, & clean. The staff works hard. They also employ people with disabilities who are amazing workers. Just all around a really good McDonalds as far as McDonald’s go. The manager probably deserves a raise!

The manager did an excellent job of correcting a mistake made on my order and I left a happy customer. People make mistakes and we need to understand that and have patience. God bless America and everybody works at the McDonald’s. I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but I’m sure you can look up the date and time as it’s now 10 PM and see the manager who is on staff. He gets an A+ in my book.
Beckham and Alayna were absolutely awesome, super funny and still productive. Food came out fast and everything was clean. My two friends and I enjoyed the experience quite a lot

Ownership better bring back James or an equivalent, quickly, like yesterday! The front cannot keep up due to comms issues. Communication is the backbone to a smoother food/service experience.
