This McDonald’s is the best location I’ve ever visited. The staff are always friendly and nice and the place well maintained, & clean. The staff works hard. They also employ people with disabilities who are amazing workers. Just all around a really good McDonalds as far as McDonald’s go. The manager probably deserves a raise!
The manager did an excellent job of correcting a mistake made on my order and I left a happy customer. People make mistakes and we need to understand that and have patience. God bless America and everybody works at the McDonald’s. I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but I’m sure you can look up the date and time as it’s now 10 PM and see the manager who is on staff. He gets an A+ in my book.

When we moved to Woodforest 2 years ago this was the best McDonald. The food was great, the staff and management were amazing! NOW it’s the worse after the new owners took over. The coke machine was broken, the ice cream machine is always broken, the food is undercooked...
