I ordered a sweet tea, and I swear what they gave me looked like muddy water. McDonald's usually has pretty good tea, but what I got was totally undrinkable.

Seeing as they weren't very busy when I stopped in, it took an unnecessarily long time to get a large fry and tea. Staff was nice but not a single hairline the whole store. And everybody had long or shaggy hair. Also, in plain sight of customers, employees on the prep line, eating and didnt change the gloves she was wearing, before making more orders. Pretty sure that's not sanitary. But what do I know. I didn't floss my teeth with any bite of food, so I guess no big deal.

This is literally the worst MCD. Evening staff totally sucks. The training manager with the loose is always in a bad mood and gets frustrated when she did something wrong TWICE! Big Mac meal 10 piece McNugget double cheeseburger double cheeseburger happy meal Can we hurry this up? I’ve been here for quite a while, dude. Here I am in line AGAIN been waiting 20 minutes for my food while I’m watching everyone else get their This is not “fast food” slow food is more like It. I would absolutely stay away from here

Okay, Well as long as the A-team is working. A-Team normally is the day or afternoon shift. I have no complaints. I would have given more stars. However when B team is working (if you can call it working) Everything is wrong almost damn near every time. It's really ridiculous but again I keep trying to have a positive hope. but the world we live in today sucks. No one values the job there doing. They are just there to receive a check for the with no gut or want to better there job or self's.. but hey At least they have a job right? I didn't give any star's for the atmosphere ONLY BECAUSE I NEVER GO INSIDE.. So I truly can't speak on that.

They’ll serve you hard buns, take forever to get your order to you, walk around asking other vehicles if “this is their food”, bring you the wrong food, and sometimes we have to go in and ask for our food in person after waiting in the drive thru. This place is insane and needs new management. They’re almost as bad as the Popeyes off 105 by McCaleb rd. Edit to add that they “couldn’t find our car” so they gave up and threw away the order. Even though we parked where they told us to.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the WORST McDonald’s, I only come here because I don’t live too far away! Almost every time I come there’s an issue with my food. It’s either cold, old, incorrect, missing something, it’s something! Well, this time they didn’t hand me a portion of my food at all which was not noticed until my family and I arrived home. I called, like I’ve down thousands of times before with no issues & the manager Amanda went right into defense mode and started playing the blame game. After a few seconds of back and forth and me saying I just wanted my food, she hung up. Being that I was already en route to the McDonald’s while on the phone with her, I walked into the McDonald’s about 3 minutes later. When I walked in, Amanda IMMEDIATELY knew who I was because as I’ve said, this has happened thousands of times before. She had a customer who ironically, she was refunding because they had ALSO messed up his order 🙃. I waited until she was finished with the customer & then I told her I just called and asked who did I speak with on the phone (not knowing it was her, I was attempting to report the employee on the phone to the manager) she said “me” with a smile. I said ok, I never cursed at you I was referring to the story you told me your employee gave, can I just have my food? She got defensive again, we argued, I asked for my food atleast 5 times which she tried to give me the COLD FOOD that had been sitting there for over 20 minutes on the counter, not under the heater, the COUNTER. I asked for fresh food, she refused and told me I needed to leave or she’ll call the police, COOL. I still need my food I paid for. She asked me to retrieve my card for a refund so I went to the car and upon returning to hand her the card, I heard her on the phone with the police LYING said I wouldn’t get out of her face, I was threatening her (which I NEVER DID) & that I’m mad she hung up on me. KEEP IN MIND, THIS IS THE MANAGER. The police arrived, told her of course she had to give me my food or refund because I PAID FOR IT and she had me trespassed and banned from the premises. All over $5.41 when I simply wanted my food and not the cold food that was sitting on the counter. Such a hassle, the police even thought it was ridiculous. They had to make her give me my $5.41 back. So ridiculous.
