Worst MCDONALDS IN THE AREA !!! The guy in the drive thru had a bad attitude jamming loud music terrible I’m guessing he thinks he’s a rapper or from the “hood” but works at a McDonald’s in Conroe don’t need a Ronald McDonald when you have a clown working drive thru

I simply asked and made sure I said I asked for a sausage McMuffin with no egg AND I SPECIFICALLY SAID PUT ON MEAT AND CHEESE and I get ham and the bread and no hash brown like I asked for it’s the morning worker that takes the orders wrong.

At the counter, they were nice flight and paid attention to the order and brought the food up to me. They were nice and polite excellent service. Excellent food honorees. I didn't give him a 5 for the food is that I asked for no onions and they put onions on it. It's not that big of a deal. I can pick 'em off. Everything else was great compared to what I normally get whenever I go into a McDonald's.

How do ya expect to run a business with out any employees working the cash registers, this location has 2 register's and no one is interested in standing in front of it and taking CUSTOMER orders .

There was a dirty little place. The staff was awfully lazy.
I often go here because it's next to my house. I noticed when it's all boys on shift, my burger is greasy my fries are HALF filled when I paid for a large. I never complain bc at the end of the day it's McDonald's. But today I went in and noticed all ladies at the windows and carrying out my food. Today I have a FRESH and FULL box of fries and a burger not covered in grease. These ladies deserve some recognition! Thanks so much.

Just moved to area and this location is near me. So, within a month I have ordered via drive thru approximately 5x My order is totally correct on the order board but, EVERY time I pick it up at window it is NEVER correct. I don’t realize it until I get home. I don’t want to hold up drive thru so, I trust I have what the order board said I was getting. I just want what I ordered and paid for, please! I usually order same items each time Dbl chburger NO onion, NO pickle Very simple! ? My burger has onions(which I hate) or it has those HOT pickles (which are nasty) Sometimes it has both??♀️ Maybe it’s worth driving the extra miles to the next McDonald’s to get what I want. Of course there is Wendy’s up the street. They manage to get it right, often! While I’m here. The drive thru line is very slow(this is fast food?) You really are not that busy, any time I have been there. Come on you can do better!
