The Macdonald on the lake used to be nice but I don’t know what happened. We tried order on line and didn’t work. I went to myself found out fountain soda is out of order. While I was there one of drive through customer walked in with very angry said he waited I don’t know how many minutes. I rarely eat Macdonald but I buy for my husband time to time.

customer service is very bad, I ordered online for my breakfast, from my house to the store is more than 10 minutes but when I arrived I had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my breakfast, I told their staff that I need to go to work early so please hurry up, but it seems they don't care about that, if I order online I still have to wait 25 minutes, while people who come after me have their food before me. this is not the first time I have been in this location, the staff is really bad.

This location is great, they always seem to have happy people working. I thanked them by name and they got scared for a second, before realizing I read their name tag. Food has been 100% accurate, which is rare for me with fast food. And the facilities are usually the cleanest in the area.

Worst MCDONALDS IN THE AREA !!! The guy in the drive thru had a bad attitude jamming loud music terrible I’m guessing he thinks he’s a rapper or from the “hood” but works at a McDonald’s in Conroe don’t need a Ronald McDonald when you have a clown working drive thru

I simply asked and made sure I said I asked for a sausage McMuffin with no egg AND I SPECIFICALLY SAID PUT ON MEAT AND CHEESE and I get ham and the bread and no hash brown like I asked for it’s the morning worker that takes the orders wrong.

At the counter, they were nice flight and paid attention to the order and brought the food up to me. They were nice and polite excellent service. Excellent food honorees. I didn't give him a 5 for the food is that I asked for no onions and they put onions on it. It's not that big of a deal. I can pick 'em off. Everything else was great compared to what I normally get whenever I go into a McDonald's.

How do ya expect to run a business with out any employees working the cash registers, this location has 2 register's and no one is interested in standing in front of it and taking CUSTOMER orders .
