Absolutely the worst service. The help is very incompetent. Whoever the manager of this MIckey D’s is needs to retrain the employees. We came to this fast food restaurant for a happy meal and left with an unhappy meal and bad experience.

I ordered the $5 meal, it took 20 mins to get it. The McDouble was literally inside out, all of the ingredients on the outside of the burger. I asked for it to be remade, the lady at the front said, “what’s wrong with it?!” Ma’am you can’t tell me you don’t see this mess of onions and ketchup all over the outside. I wasn’t going to write a review because they corrected it, even though it took entirely way to long for stale nuggets, cold overcooked fries and an inside out burger. But as I was sitting there eating, a boy came from the back yelling “can I speak to a manager” as if he was making fun of me, probably the one who made it. Super uncomfortable at that point so I couldn’t finish just left. I rarely send food back unless it’s absolutely terrible and that was. And for the “manager lady” to look at it and not see the problem then the immature boy coming from the back yelling that, this store needs help. I’m super offended and embarrassed, it shouldn’t be a problem that I point out my burger was absolutely terrible visually. It should’ve never been served to me. I could see the ketchup and onions leaking on the outside before I ever open it. Horrible quality and horrible customer service.

The Macdonald on the lake used to be nice but I don’t know what happened. We tried order on line and didn’t work. I went to myself found out fountain soda is out of order. While I was there one of drive through customer walked in with very angry said he waited I don’t know how many minutes. I rarely eat Macdonald but I buy for my husband time to time.
Don’t go here.
