I hate to leave this review but they have a REALLY BIG HYGRNE PROBLEM. The food and the concept are both good. STAFF IS VERY NICE AND ENGAGING. . The problem is they don’t clean tables between guests. They walk out and straighten chairs, but refuse to wipe tables down. This is a nasty hygiene issue that spreads viruses and infections.

I shouldn’t be paying for this. I ordered the Jasper through DoorDash and the pizza that arrived was unacceptable. There were barely any toppings, it was unevenly made, and looked like no care was put into it at all. This is not what I expect when ordering from your menu.
This has unfortunately become a pattern at this location—whether I order through DoorDash, the store app, or even in person, the quality is consistently poor. Ever since management changed, the standard has dropped significantly. Customers should not have to pay full price for food that looks and tastes like this.
