We used to love their food, but the last two times, the Beijing Beef was tough and instead of bite size pieces, there were large pieces that had to be cut up with their plastic knives. The portions were much smaller. They took away the Sweet Fire Chicken a while ago and have not brought it back. We are done with Panda Express.

My husband and I ordered online so we had two orders to feed our big family. I went up there to grab our food and got totally disrespected by the young gentleman that told me I need confirmation numbers to recieve our food. I have never been asked for a confirmation number or anything but he did say it was something new okay cool. I had mine and the only thing my husband had was a text saying his food was ready to be picked up. The guy never asked for a phone number or anything else. My 11 year old had to witness him ignoring me and rolling his eyes bc I was getting frustrated due to him not asking for anymore information so I could feed my 3 young children. Luckily there was a nice lady who actually took her time and helped us retrieve our food. Thank you to the lady that was nice enough to help us. And as for the young guy learn some respect and not roll your eyes at a mom who's just trying to feed her young children.

I never thought I will eat Chinese food from fast food place. I saw on YouTube about this place and I decided to try. Surprisingly good food. Broccoli beef, orange chicken and shrimp walnuts are better than regular Chinese restaurant. I will definitely go back.

Horrible wait time for mediocre food, went in for dinner around 7:30 pm and the drive through line was short but the wait time was over 6 minutes just to order food in the drive through then on top of that they made me go around to the front to wait for my food which they forgot. I waited over 15 minutes and no one was able to bring me my food until I had to go inside and ask for it myself. It was literally just a bowl with some rangoons, it should not take more than 5 minutes for frozen food to be ready. There were over four people working and no one seemed to notice the customer waiting for the food. Do not send people to the front. Panda Express should assign specific parking spots so that employees do not forget there is someone waiting for their food outside. What a disappointment restaurant and service, no communication whatsoever.

Just had the worst experience at Panda Express in Montgomery. This location failed to include more than $10 of food in my order. The manager would not come to the phone when I called because she was “too busy”, and the assistant manager refused to provide my contact information for the owner or district manager to call me back. They refused to refund my credit card for the missing food. They wanted me to drive 20 minutes (one way) back to the location to get the food or accept store credit that expires in 30 days. I do not eat this food regularly nor do I want to return to a business with terrible service. The assistant manager was extremely rude during the entire conversation. He never even apologized for their error.

The plant based orange chicken is the only thing I could ever eat their. The only other option for me is the steamed veggies, which are not sauteed, nor do they come with any sauce at all. They are just steamed with no seasoning. Therefore, I have nothing to eat there besides rice and chow mein noodles. Pretty awful of them to tease a delicious plant based option once a year only to pull it away the rest of the time. It is 2025, and there should be options for everyone. A large percentage of the population is now vegan or vegetarian at this point.

This is a great, Chinese, fast-food, chain; restaurant. The food is flavorful and very large portions are served. We dine at Panda Express a couple of times per month. Very reasonable prices.

What a joke to spend $9 for a bowl! This is a slap in the face. It’s the same amount as a kids bowl. Do not go here.
