JUST FYI someone at Panera Bread in Montgomery wrote down my Debit card Number & was trying to use it this morning! I haven’t been there since October 18 so They’re waiting to try to use them… I canceled it and got another one. Tried to call the manager and they were “too busy to talk to me”

Pricey and very small portions. Very inconsistent. Good when they occasionally get it right. Lately getting it consistently wrong and place grubby. Smelly bathroom. Avoid. Needs to be replaced. Edit. Worse than before. Now that's not good.

Placed online order, picked up in drive thru, got home found out my order was missing a sandwich, called and spoke to a "manager", said he would refund me, never received a refund. Last time I ever purchase from Panera.

It really is remarkable how the bread quality makes the sandwiches. If you haven't tried it yet you should. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, high quality food. Glad to have it in the area!

Tomato Basil BLT (whole): 3 pieces of small bacon, lots of bread, a little lettuce, a couple of tomato slices, mayo with a funky taste, and 1 oz of potato chips for $9 (no drink). A mistake. I pray I don't get sick. I don't think I will visit another Panera again.

I love this Panera! The food is good, the atmosphere is perfectly flexible on any given day! I come here to study and write, which as a college student is so important. I will always recommend their Oatmeal & Berry Cookie but a new favorite of mine is their Kitchen Sink cookie! Caramel bits with chocolate chunks, pretzel crunchy-goodness--each bite was a journey! Coupled with the salt sprinkle on top it was a well-rounded desert to an frustrating day! I've tried other places to study at, but always found myself coming back to this welcoming refuge by Lake Conroe!

Had the Phil chesssteak and cup of oinion soup. Sandwich was a good but small meat portion. The onion soup was just warm and jost ok.

The only reason why this place is getting three stars is because of the service friendly and fast and clean, but it would’ve definitely have been a 1 star this is supposed to be the enhanced Buffalo chicken $13 for bread basically Absolutely no sauce on it A very small amount of chicken and overly toasted.

Last week I ordered the Marg flatbread for pickup through the drive thu. After being notified it would be 10-12 minutes later than expected, when I got home with it there was no basil (it’s 1 of 3 ingredients and a huge part of the flavor of a Marg pizza in my opinion). So I basically had a soggy cheese pizza with tomatoes on it. I contacted customer care and was issued an in app credit (for slightly less than the cost of the flatbread, mind you). I tried again tonight. It was on par ?. The Turkey BLT was what looked like tiny bits of shredded chicken, a whole lot of mayo and spring mix, with the tomatoes I asked them to leave off using the customize option in the app. I also SPENT money to use the credit because you couldn’t redeem it without using the full amount. Get a manager in there in the evenings, there’s got to be some quality control there. Lunch is always consistent, but something is seriously wrong with the evening shift.
