*EDIT AT 8:14pm on 12/03!!* Different delivery driver rang our doorbell with our missing sauces. Thank you for coming back but the initial instructions are still printed on the label. Attention to detail matters for things like this to be avoided.
My husband and I ordered 2 medium pizzas. One of them came correctly, but the other was completely wrong while also missing sauces and anchovies. He asked the girl delivery driver if everything was there. We called to have our order corrected. The person we spoke to seemed nice and helpful to fix our order. Even after specifying what was wrong or missing, upon arrival they still managed to get it wrong. How hard is it to read a printed label with the EXACT details. Do better.
The pizza is usually decent when it's made right. This location is exceptionally SLOW! For the second time in a row now, I've arrived to pick up our pizzas after the projected ready time window has expired and found that the employees had not even begun making my order. It's beyond frustrating when you plan ahead to make good use of time and then have to sit around for another half hour for them to make your food. Also check your toppings before you leave. I've paid for extra toppings that i never received on more than one occasion. I think I'm done with this place at least until they replace the manager and hire better help. Oh and look at this photo of a pizza i got for my son who's dairy free. No cheese and extra sausage was what was ordered. There's hardly any sausage in it.

This could be the worst papa John’s delivery in the country. Tonight’s driver indicated on her 5th call seeking directions to my house (which show accurately on the app and on maps) that she doesn’t use gps because she knows where the roads are. Come on.

Pizza was overcooked. Crust was flat and crunchy. Not your typical Papa Johns pizza. Why this was even considered deliverable is beyond me.
