Great country restaurant. Everything was delicious and love the huge tea glasses. The chips and queso were unexpectedly outstanding

The Philly Cheese Steak is amazing!!

How I have not stopped here is beyond me. Why are none of my neighbors taking about this place?This place was great. Fried Tomatoes had just the right amount of breading that did not fall off. Steaks were good, they do rare properly, blackened catfish was real good and not over done. Service was fast and Ava was super attentive, never ran out of anything and courses came right on time. I asked for a chicken breast and an egg with my steak (can’t get enough protein) and they gladly obliged. This place needs more attention as it’s a really good, laidback restaurant. I almost forgot to mention the best onion rings to date in Texas are here. Perfectly prepared, coating stayed on, even when dipped in ketchup, fantastic flavor with whole slice onions. Only down side was I left way too full because food was just plain great. Bring cash. They do take cards but prefer cash. We Should’ve stopped years ago.

We stopped by after p6 farms visit and we had a large group.
They were quick to set us up and get all orders, great staff and great options on the menus. Food was definitely great if you're in the mood for quick casual dining experience.
We ordered many things but catfish and mac &cheese were a hit.

I visit my daughter every six months. I'm from Arizona. She took me there 2 years ago and now we go straight there when I get off the plane. Steak is amazing. Owner's son was out waiter. He was super friendly. Really took care of us. We will probably y back in a few days for lunch.
