Ordered pepperoni New Yorker, light sauce. It is very good. Crust was cooked nice and toasty. Plenty of pepperonis. Service is good here. I wish I could say I only ate one piece.

We ordered 2 pizzas on the app and the app said “received”. After 45 min it still only said received, so we tried calling the store only to be not answered or when answered hung up on. After an hour and a half we got in touch with help desk that was absolutely no help at all because they told me to call the store directly. Long ass story short we drove up there “now almost 2 hours” and they say it’s about to get put into the oven. I asked them to cancel that order and asked what was going on. Was told it’s just me and 1 cook today. If they need help the owners should get them help or they will continue to lost business. This was yesterday 11/13/24 at 5 pm. Oh then at 8:30 pm we got a phone call asking if we wanted to cancel our order 😂.

I order pizza at least 2X a month. Usually from the hut by Monty's because they deliver to me. When I order from this Hut I have to pick it up. But.... It's worth it. The quality and freshness of this Hut is hands down the BEST! The pizza taste better, even my kids said it. Great job! Love the drive thru window also.
My food never showed up. I called directly and no one ever answered. $32 dollars gone I had $36 in my bank. I guess you needed the food worse than I did.

Sorry pizza looked like it was dumped in the middle and nothing but smeared sauce on outside. The other pizza the same poured sauce and ingredients running off one side. NASTY NASTY NASTY NASTY. I WILL NEVER AS LONG AS I LIVE GO TO PIZZA HUT AGAIN. I THRU BOTH IN TRASH AND CALL AND TOLD THEM HOW NASTY THEY ARE. PIZZA HUT HAS SORRY MANAGERS AND GRIDDY OWNERS.

The woman that answered the in-store phone to take my order was very rude and did not want to be helpful nor answer any questions, so she just hung up on me. Wow, whatever happened to customer service. This wasn't the 1st time she was rude. This person did it a month ago when I called, she is so rude and I hate to call the store, but I have a credit because they messed up my pizza's before, but I can never get them to honor my credit!
